I'm not sure I believe that, he was 21 in 2012 and in 2013 & 2014 he got the Brian Sando trophy for "outstanding and professional attention to detail in the preparation for being an AFL footballer."

Is that a real trophy?

It sounds a lot like the "First Annual Montgomery Burns Award for Outstanding Achievement in the Field of Excellence"

its well known that he's the most diligent of them all, but from the horses mouth he reckons he wouldn't be able to get up for games every week if he wasn't.

I remember reading his training diary from a few years back and being really surprised that he was so sore after a game. From memory day 2 after game day he was still letting balls go and jogging through if they were missing him by a metre or so. No wonder he's so serious out there, puts an immense amount of effort in to just be there.

Oh here we go, Captain Expert telling us for sure how the anatomy works, that he's gathered from "around the traps" - ******* quality analysis here.

It's like you think it's a board game or a video game where there's like one card for a hamstring, miss a turn, or one piece of programming for when someone gets a hamstring. It's really weird.
Someone shit in your bed last night?

Would like to point out also that the idea that the club was delaying the injury report because they had bad news that reflected on their training program or some other crap turned out to be complete shit.

It's good to be mindful of that stuff so you don't drive yourself insane when crappy things do happen. It's not negative all the time.

The club havent been that upfront with injuries this year, wasnt JJ a chance to play in the showdown three weeks ago?

If I were the lynchpin of the defence of an AFL side that's suffering a spate of hamstring injuries, and I felt a hammy ping while lining up, I'd want to come off the ground too. Good on Tals for being cautious. Imagine if he'd played through the tightness against Gold Coast and then did his hamstring badly - making us miss our rock in defence for half the season. Ugh.

Pinged a Hammy mowing the lawns this afternoon...... going to be out for 4-6 weeks sorry guys. Add me to the list :p

Shame I heard there was a good chance you'd debut.

Has Talia ever had a hammy before?
I don't remember one if he has. This is surely an indicator of some serious screw ups in our training routine. They need to sort this ot

is it too late to reappoint Burton back into his job last year? I'm probably over reacting but my god I'd just sack Haas immediately. I've had enough of these hammys. If this keeps up it will cost us a premiership.

Good God are you serious? Every club gets leg and groin problems. Go through the injury lists and read. We are no worse than most clubs, it's the nature of the game.

As it turns out Talia is said to be playing this week possibly and Knight may miss one game. Talk about overreaction by you.

Is this a typo or is Riley talking in third person?
Bloody autocorrect.

Always changing 'Pyke' to 'Knight' for me too!!!!
