I went to a private supporters meeting late last year where the coaching group admitted they were very worried going into the Carlton game on the back of the 3 wins in a row and an insipid second half against Port where they still managed to eke out a win.A 100 point loss is still a 100 point loss. Didn't you guys lose to Carlton when finals were still on the line? We lost to North but from memory Melbourne were still a chance if they beat the blues, a loss to them with finals on the line is probably the equivalent of a 70+ point loss
The youngest and least experienced team in the comp was cooked by round 22 and played accordingly against Carlton and then in the final round against Geelong.

I'm not concerned one iota. We're older with new personnel and with another preseason into maturing bodies.
