If they win today, they're 2 games clear. Highly doubt that anyone else will catch them as a lot of the sides fighting for a spot in the 8 are playing each other.

As of right now there is just 1 game, 4 points seperating 4th to 11th. No-one in that bracket is guaranteed jack s**t at this point in time. Even GWS sitting 3rd are far from a certainty. Maybe it's true the quality of football is questionable this year, and has been for some time, but there is still 10 teams who have no idea if they make finals or not.

The AFL have been working towards this since 1986, it's taken 30 years to get there.

I got Geelong losing to Sydney and GWS and missing the top 4.
I think Richmond are also going to be even money odds against us but due to the game being played at home, they should sneak over the line thanks to Dangerfield again.
