Poor Pav. He is retired and still having to get up early to do radio.

That someone is possibly our captain. When Fyfe won the AFLPA MVP in 2014 he was asked who he voted for and his answer was Sloane.
Anything interesting for us late risers?
From what i heard (was in and out of spraybooth) just general chit chat, like comparing how many kids/ siblings they have and apparently Pav was the only one to say "Peter" when callng for the ball
You're probably right there. Fyfe has a huge man crush on Sloane.
Sloanes a good player but he ain't the best player in the comp, its like when priddis won won charlie what a joke. Does Sloane or priddis dance through traffic, shrug more than one tackler, take a speccy or kick a freakish major? No I don't even notice those players accumulating.with all respect to those 2 young men thier not the cream rather the layer cake
The next time I hear, "and in sport Basil has an exclusive update on Nat Fyfe's contract", I don't think I'll bother. Talk about fake news.
They had nuthin'
Macavany battling cancer , all the best in a speedy recovery mate love ya calls
Last question threw Fyfie and it made me throw up on myself like Mario from Doncaster.
What a dick.
Some on this board may wish to ponder the fact that the club skipper has said that RTB 'never ceases to amaze me with his ability to innovate and adapt'.(paraphrase).
Why would he get a Perth Wildcats top all the way from Melbourne?
Sounds to me like I should've invited Nat to the airshow with me
Is that flog a saints fan or something
Q and A with Lyon. This version is longer than in today's newspaper.
Thanks for that Clem.Exceptional interview I reckon, good on MD for conducting a thoughtful one.
Those big man injuries sound serious.
Such a unit that coach of ours!!
How's: " He is high-end Harley, he is in pretty good nick really. If you see him now, round the mounting yard or the saleyard, he is a group one special."
Overall a really candid insight into the state of the club.
Pretty healthy I'd say,and in good hands.
Bit worried about Bennell though from that. "holding our breath"
Thanks a lot for the link. Excellent read. I'm in QLD and don't get much exposure so cheers again.
More coverage than the last six seasons:
I'm not Fremantle's forward line saviour, says ... - The West Australian
Former Dockers midfielder Anthony Morabito not far off his debut for ...
Mark Duffield's extended interview with Ross last year was the best bit of sports journalism I'd read in a long time, been looking forward to this years follow up.
It's a real stark contrast to how he deals with dumb media. You can tell that Duffield engages with Ross at an intellectual level that isn't insulting to him and the consumers of the media. That he has spent the time building a rapport with Ross which allows Ross to feel comfortable sharing real insights into he world.
As opposed to his, admittedly hilarious, post game press conferences in which he is repeatedly asked the same dumb, irrelevant questions game after game sometimes multiple times in the one conference.
Not sure what else you could say. I'm holding my breath too. But I do that when Fyfe plays a pre-season game or when I used to watch Morabito playing in the WAFL.
Lyon confirming he doesn't have the conditioning to play midfield is interesting but also exciting in a way to know we have a potentially great forward to come into the side
Going to have more than a little X-factor up forward with Cam, Sonny and Harley strutting their stuff
wtf is going on? Another decent article about Freo - http://www.theaustralian.com.au/spo...k/news-story/79ae7243a3bc992825de79e7c4dcb374
Just search for "new-fremantle-dockers-captain-nat-fyfe-determined-to-leave-a-mark" in Google if you can't view it directly.
"NAT FYFE DETERMINED TO LEAVE"
Has Dale Alcock bribed the media? Can be the only explanation for so much positiveness from them lately.
