Upgraded to Ultimate Giant from my 3 game membership today - looking forward to what will surely be an even better season next year

Now I'm just hoping GWS won't end up playing my eternally beloved Dogs in a 2017 elimination or prelim final - I almost wish they'd lost this year's qualifying final against the Swans to have avoided that match-up!

Bad news is that I reckon we're high odds to come across each other at the business end of the season over next five years.

Good news is that you might get two goes at getting grand final tickets!

Like most old school bullies fans I was not expecting an appearance in a GF this year, let alone a victory!

Yeah I rated the midfield all season, and watched them every chance I got just for the love of good footy. Not so much against the Giants though. Honestly expected teams with a stronger spine to win the finals, but it wasn't a fluke. 4 elimination games in a row.

The cool thing about being with a club from the start is that things like this are incredibly exciting and its great !!

Yeah probably, but what it does say is that there's a lot more roll-over members - which is a good thing.

I'm also seeing on twitter a lot of people saying that they've finally gotten around to signing up. There'd also be a fair few 3 gamers from last year that jumped on late in the season that are upgrading to full membership.

What it also says is that people are becoming more "rusted on" and don't need to be convinced to get on board.

So, we are currently at 6303. We were still to crack 5000, which was announced on 11/11/16. Early days yet, but that is a 30% increase. If we track at 30%, we'll just make it to 20k.

It'll be the new members through the off season and the start of next season that'll tell the tale I think. If you were a member last year you'd be mad not to renew after the club delivered two local finals surely.
Think the early Spotless game will help to stimulate interest at the right time. Fingers crossed anyway. It would be great to see a real boost after delivering on the field, and at some point all the background wirk by the ckub at junior level shoulf start to deliver results.

I did it by phone, but then I'm tech challenged. I saw not way to renew to a different seat. Only took a couple of mins and the helpful dude told me you can call to change seats anytime, no big deal for them.

I've had reason to change my seating a couple of times over the journey to sit with friends - Giants staff have always been fantastic about it and done it for me over the phone. I've even had membership cards redone on two occasions.

Moved from a 3 game to full membership non reserved. Was told that we are now on the members area but seats are not reserved so it's first in best dressed I assume?

Any advice would be appreciated

Don't take my seats.

Members Reserve are what we are. You get there early enough and you can pretty much guarantee you're in the same seats each week - if you want, or you can move around and sit somewhere new each week. Though with more people like yourself upgrading, it might become a bit squeezy going forward.

Good family friendly atmosphere - lots of kids down on the fence.

We've had "our" seats for the past few years; there are a lot of regulars.
