But normally the team calls a TO for the booth to review, then the give them the TO back.

Who was the ref crew? Pac-12 and Big12 are just as bad as each other.

SD State deserved the win. couldnt block anything and turnovers killed us. Love was the only thing we had again.

If the power didnt go out and give Penny 20+mins to recover Stanford might of stopped them.
