Thats really bad. Could be worse if the Week 14 game was a 1PM kick. but still going to be warm and humid for MNF.Look at the patriots

Patriots chiefs open seasonI think there is a logic behind holding a super bowl replay back to mid season. So I think the Patriots-Chiefs opener makes sense.
Now, Mercedes-Benz Stadium opener, historically, new stadiums get the Sunday night game week 2, so with the NFL using the pats as the big focus week 1, I feel the Falcons will be the focus week 2 with a headline game. If we didn't make playoffs last year I feel it'd be the Saints in a heartbeat, but the story of opening the new one the same way the old one went out makes me think Falcons-Packers in week 2 will open the new stadium.
Now, Chargers. Because it's temporary I think it might get a home game week 1, maybe also in the graveyard slot of the 2nd mnf game with the east coast asleep. So let's go with a game vs the Broncos.
And will the Raiders play a game in Vegas pre-season? I think so, and I'll go with the Rams.
Reckon if the Packers start strong they will be almost favourites to do the whole thing.Dont mind the schedule. dont have an early bye this year, not bad being week 8.
Not any super hard back to back games, Short week comes after home Vs Cinci and then play the Bears on TNF. so thats not bad to deal with.
4 good Primetime games. SNF Week 2 @ Flacons, MNF Week 9 Vs Lions, SNF Thanksgiving weekend @ Pitt, Week 16 Vs Vikes on SNF.
Finish at the Lions again.
Just a thought, how hard can it be to schedule 32 teams divided into groups of 4 playing 16 games into roughly alternate home and away scheduling?
49ers play 5 of 7 on the road from Week 2, including a brutal 3 week stretch on the East Coast and then spend the entire month of November at home. I know the 49ers aren't travelling well but a schedule like that can end a season before it starts but it must also be a pain for ticker holders who get a rash of football one month and then don't get to watch their team live for 4 weeks in the middle of the season.
I think we will be 1-1. The noise the Vikes had last season to open the stadium against us caused issues.Reckon if the Packers start strong they will be almost favourites to do the whole thing.
Seahawks, @ Falcons to start. A good test. Reckon you guys start 2-0
Cleveland only have 3 home games in the last 8 weeks
Not that bad though, it's sporadic enough their fans won't see the dumpster fire too often AmericanCrow
3 Away games in a row are worse! One team at least is shafted every year like this.. truly bizarre that any team gets 3 home games in a row.. the San Fran weeks 5 & 10 schedule needed to be flipped.
4, that 5th game is in LondonEdited for accuracy. They open up playing 5 of their first 8 at the Dawg Pound.

Not hard at all.. NFL have too many amateurs compiling this season's schedule. Should be calling in the guys with experience (read: moi).
Who's bright idea is it for the Packers to be playing MNF on cup day. Grrrrrr
