All I know is the Packers need to keep winning and then hope like hell Rodgers is healed.

New Orleans/Atlanta on a short week is unfair on the teams and the fans....

Unfortunately it's not going to happen. The networks are desperate for content and anything NFL is going to rate - the fact that round 1 of the NFL Draft is in primetime shows just how much of a money making machine the NFL is.

    I have to agree.
I suppose the only way it's going to change is through the players EBA that's coming up.

I've heard of a proposal that extends the season by a week and introduces a bye for the two Thursday night teams for the week prior to the game. I believe that proposal has a lot of merit.

Surely THIS is the game Cleveland will win. Always the most unexpected one if/when it happens.

Game of the Week is Packers @ Browns.

Are the Packers good enough with Hundley to beat them, if they are will they lie down just to keep the 2008 Lions as the only Winless team in the 16 game era?

Vikings v Panthers and Falcons v Saints look the pick of the games this week.

Detroit v Buccs looks like dog shit. Mainly because Detroit is dog shit and make me sad.

Actually because of the quality some networks have changed their view on TNF. and could easily cut back the number on TNF games.

Oakland vs Kansas City and Washington vs Los Angeles Chargers huge games in terms of playoffs, tho the games themselves might be a slight to watch thru.....unless someone yanks Crabtree's gold chain again :D

You can add Eagles v Rams and Seattle v Jags to the pick of the games. This is a cracking week of games.

Admittedly much lower down the pecking order of offerings this week but NE @ Miami without Gronk won't be a walk in the park

Bah,didn't see the Eagles v Rams. Should be a cracker.
Bleacher Report and the likes will squeeze all they can out of the "Goff v Wentz- Who will be the better QB" shit

Only way it could go. Not the worst proposal either. Extends the season meaning more money for the league.

Not as sad as when we made it with the 8-7-1 record after Detroit choked hard.

Lots of potentially good games this week

I'm nervous about which Joe Flacco, and therefore which offense (the putrid one we've seen most of the season or the competent one seen this week against Detroit), shows up

We'd have to be the worst team all-time to make the playoffs if we made it

Why not. Our season is toast might as well show the fans what could have been, with nothing on the line.

We wont beat the Vikes week 16.

If we start Rodgers against Carolina that is still a 50/50 game. Lions will be a win.
