A home Prelim against GWS would be lovely thanks
Would prefer to play them in the GF, (if we get there).

I know this is bordering on madness, but a prelim against the Power and rolling them would be bloody awesome..... as long as we win the following week.
The Alberton faithful would hurt so much more for years and years.

You're evil
I like it
We need to avoid them altogether, hopefully GWS can knock them off.
Worst case scenario we meet them in the final and get beaten. Media has an absolute field day, throws Dangerfield in our face and not getting Gibbs, would be a nightmare.
GWS only plays at the MCG one this year. We have a far better shot against them.
Yo, good on ya Carlton. Top a game clear into the bye.
Umpiring was a disgrace. All three trying to hand the game to Carlton--especially in that 4th q. Think the Giants would have won if not for the maggots.
I would need to sit down and look careful at the GWS injury list and see what their situation is really like.
They probably have the biggest upside given their cherry ripe first rounders given to them.
With that said, Gov and Seed back in our team are massive weapons to come back in.
We should be top of the ladder after the bye rounds?

not a game clear.
And geelong a game behind.
yeah no one can knock us off next week - unless Geelong win by 20 goals or something
Wingard missing a set shot 30m out directly in front after the siren in a prelim against us to give us a win.
You get the extra bonus of the Power supporters gunning for their beloved Chad. Salty and delicious.
I love how our Blues v GWS game can crash BF as well as cause salty tears for the Power and make us remain top of the ladder.
Gift that keeps giving.
Why is it bad for Port?

Astute observation. They really came to play that day and hadnt lost hope yetI actually rate our win over the Hawks as our best win so far this year. Just given the circumstances, playing the Hawks away who had the wood on us and down a player early in the game and also down by about 4 goals too.

And Mackay was the reason why we won this game. He was huge!
....
Hmm...
I'm not quite sure if they know the correct way to use that phrase. Or the correct saying of it at all.
I think Geelong is a great challenge. Would love to play them in a GF because they always play their most inspired football against us. But both teams need to grab the top 2 spots and then defend their home ground in the finals.
