Port Adelaide cannot control the fixture to change the debate on “who has the Power beaten?” But it can certainly deal with making September count – as the seventh-ranked Western Bulldogs did last year when all that is remembered is who they beat in finals not the home-and-away series.
Gave up on a certain goal. "We'll never ever give up"Gleeson isn't even holding him yet Wingard is flopping around like an idiot.
Port are obligated to end South Adelaide's season firstNorwood will smash them!

20% off reserved seats this weekend for the power game
I reckon 34000 tops
We will not lose the next Showdown.Jury is well nad truly out on both Port and us. If we lose the next showdown we could be back to square one. This has a long way to play out. Wingard and Gray are pathetic for their diving and play acting though, and Rucci..........

Not really. They do it to advertise their show.+1
Pointless tweet.
Yes, well obviously under Drumpf it has a much more sinister meaning.Hmmm....the ol' don't worry about that Wall we are constructing...it's not meant to be offensive, just means stay where you are.

That is Herr Drumpf to you, young lady.![]()
There is no jury out on which side is the better. It's anyone's game when it comes to a Showdown but for the better part of two plus seasons there has been zero question of the standings of the two clubs.
Port should worry about the 8 and stop counting chickens before they hatch.
Time will tell. The Geelong performance tells me its very possible. Our last month has been pretty bloody average other than Freo. I have no faith. Sorry. We will not lose the next Showdown.
Trust me I dont have the faith that we will win the flag, but I have enough faith to know we are better than Port. Port struggle against teams who are quick and move the ball quickly and we are one of those sides.Time will tell. The Geelong performance tells me its very possible. Our last month has been pretty bloody average other than Freo. I have no faith. Sorry.
The Bulldogs also beat a few top eight sides during the year.http://www.adelaidenow.com.au/sport...p/news-story/43477ce1e3092256bef1935095b86855
The Rucci article started of good.
Who has the fifth-ranked Power beaten?
The six wins have been against teams clubs ranked 10th (Fremantle), 13th (Gold Coast), 14th (Sydney), 17th (Hawthorn) and 18th (Brisbane). The Power is the only top-eight side without a top-eight scalp.
And the five losses are against the sides currently ranked first (Adelaide), second (GWS), third (Geelong), seventh (Essendon), ninth (West Coast). And each of the losses, except the 70-point thrashing from the Bombers, was to a team that held a top-order ranking at the time.
It then ended in masturbatory fantasies.

Exactly. Ball was right there but kept leaning back into Brown and put a bucket load of mayo on it only going for the free and not the ball. He might have got the free if he kept going for the ball. Ha ha glorious.Same routine he pulled in the Showdown on Brown, and rightfully no free there either.
