I am ex Holden's. Over the years we had many over qualified migrants in our workforce. I recall one particular from Vietnam doing materials delivery to the line. His former occupation was a jet pilot. Not many outlets for that here but shows you the qualityof migrant intake.

It's really true (probably not for all cases, but definitely for many). The qualification recognition process in Australia for most professions is a nightmare. And also they mostly have to do a "catch-up" course at Uni (to bring them 'up' to our standards/codes) which costs a shit load of money and really difficult due to language barriers. So many under-utilised people out there.

To be fair, if they have 'broken english' as you describe, that would be important to bring right before registering in many positions.

Not all are saying they are Doctors there are quite a few that I know who have an engineering and science degrees from another country that are not recognised. Don't know if they all drive Taxis.

I don't know about your supporter base, but the vast majority of Port supporters interact and engage with the club through social media. The amount of traffic through the official AFL club website is significantly less than they get on social media.

Well it seems that even if you disagree, your club has taken notice because recently they decided to updated videos and Pictures from their training sessions and other events. They even seem to be more proactive on UTube it seems
You should congratulate them for doing that,
PS adding date to videos does not mean that is the date they were placed on the site either.
