Here's the AFL policy on team uniforms

  1. 4.1 Clubs and Uniforms
    1. (a) For the purposes of these Regulations:
      1. (i) a uniform includes but is not limited to a guernsey, shorts, undershorts, socks, headbands and gloves;

      2. (ii) the Club named first in a fixture of a Match shall be deemed to be the home Club and the second named Club shall be deemed to be the away Club; and

      3. (iii) a home uniform means the uniform worn by a Club when it is the home Club and the away uniform means the uniform which may, subject to the direction of the AFL, be worn by a Club when it is the away Club.

You forgot to Highlight the Important part, 4.1a(ii)
Highlighted again in regulation 2.6 a (ii)

2.5 Premiership Competition – Inclusive of Home and Away Matches

(a) Fixture of Matches

(ii) Each first named Club in a fixture shall be deemed to be the home Club and the second named Club shall be deemed to be the away Club.

They are confused because their two Supreme Leaders have presented fron two different ends of the spin spectrum

KT " no big deal what GC wear in the scheme of things. Let the AFL decide"

Kochie " GC are contracted to wear white and wont be offered the opportunity to play in China again if they they dont wear that jumper."

Not all that bad as it covers both bases, it allows them to change tact if it goes wrong, ie, GC change the colours Kochie number 1 everyone forgets what KT said. and GC don't change then it no big deal KT look good with the supporters Kochie concentrates on the benefits everyone forgets,

Almost classic SunTzu, He will win who knows how to handle both superior and inferior forces.

Wait what, they're bitching that GC are getting a totally free ride......oh the irony.

Port have given up sweet FA for this, whos getting a free ride here?

Port are the last one's to be complaining about free rides

I think it's funny they think they're the ones who have paid the GC $600k... uh huh, sure they did!

North are in for a world of pain.

Heard during the week on the Kornes show a stat re games given to draftees, I didn't hear what period but Norths juniors have played something like 12 games to the Bulldogs 107 or something similar.

Also shows what a future the Bulldogs have.

This should be sent to the Suns and every AFL media outlet to screw the Power over.

Cant change rules ad hoc.

KT might want to be careful.

Kochie knifed Mel Doyle for less.

Why Can't they? The VFL change rules when they feel like it. 2 recent examples: Dangers get a change to enable a trade done in their favour. Only last week or so Olango is allowed to join Hawthorn.

What I have a real issue with is this: The women's league has a Crows and NT squad combined, yet when the NT is split up between 5 yes count them 5 academies instead of the Crows and the Power shows me it is nothing more than fraud. Then the said player was awarded to one of the teams, the VFL wanted him to go to. I believe he wasn't in Hawthorn's so called zone. I could be wrong on that but I'm sure one of you will correct me if I am.

Well it's settled. Cochrane should counter Koch by demanding the 'away' team wear their away strip.

The Crows are very well place with there Academdy zones. They have the Eastern side of the APY Lands – East (Kenmore, Fregon, Mimili and Indulkana)
plus North, Centrals, Glenelg and Sturt metro areas, along with North Adelaide Country Zone – Northern and the Woodville-West Torrens Country Zone.
Good area for Indigenous talent and very good areas for Kenyan, Sudanese etc type player from the metro areas.
No cannot complain about the Zones Crow seem to be on the good side of the ledger in that one.

Who are these so-called good South Australian judges, Greg Denham. I recall taking stock of all the footy journalists last year and how they picked the final 8, and our very own Infra Ted proved to be better than all of them bar Slobbo (with whom he tied):

https://www.bigfooty.com/forum/thre...-who-is-the-cluelessest-muppet.1126450/page-4

I'll do that analysis again this year and see if a guy who posts on a footy forum is smarter than paid professionals...
Haha completely forgot about that, somehow managed to miss your tags in that thread too. o_O

Doesn't surprise me in the slightest how clueless these 'journalists' are, and now we have proof. Great thread idea. I look forward to embarrassing the footy journos again for season 2017.

He will not do that because Port away strip is predominantly white which is a Good Colour, Port fascination with Balck is there downfall and that alone will win more support for Gold Coast and Cochrane's personal business dealing.
Also Cochrane like Koch will play the injured party to his supporters.
Koch is setting it up so he come out of this clean and the AFL and Gold coast is at fault.
