Yeah, 6 x $37 = $222.
GA membership + wait list for a reserved seat is $220.
I see that Port are still creating artificial shortages of "reserved seats" to drive the demand

So your saying it's cheaper to get an 11 game season membership than to buy 11 individual games?Says 6 games for the price of 11
So it's bullshit then is it? Trying to scam your own supporters.
And yet you are using that simple strategy in a desperate attempt to sell tickets. So your saying it's cheaper to get an 11 game season membership than to buy 11 individual games?
Unheard of!

You haven't answered the questionNo, it's just advertising. If you bought 11 GA match day tickets, you'd end up paying around $400.

How much do your 3 game members pay? $80?Yeah, 6 x $37 = $222.
GA membership + wait list for a reserved seat is $220.
How much do your 3 game members pay? $80?
Would have thought you would be trying to stretch these people to say 5 games @ $120 or 6 games @ $140 to add more stability to your crows numbers.
Because the crowds fall away once the 3 game memberships are used up... So would have thought target these people to go to half the games in the season... So not the need to virtually give the tickets away later in the season. They got one free with the Advertiser subscription last year
Very good pointBecause the crowds fall away once the 3 game memberships are used up... So would have thought target these people to go to half the games in the season... So not the need to virtually give the tickets away later in the season.
Thomas was explaining the Clubs strategy in pushing 3 game memberships, so more Port supporters can get to see their games, basically a rotation strategy ......this versus the Crows 11 game membership where there's basically a lockout for non Crows MembersHow much do your 3 game members pay? $80?

Thomas' talk was pure spin.Thomas was explaining the Clubs strategy in pushing 3 game memberships, so more Port supporters can get to see their games, basically a rotation strategy ......this versus the Crows 11 game membership where there's basically a lockout for non Crows Members
This is fine if like the Crows you're selling out AO .......but last time i looked Port weren't ? ....that's the one hole in that strategy![]()
Thomas called it sampling .....but he assumed weekly sell-outsThomas' talk was pure spin.
Port would prefer sellouts on the back of mostly 11 game members like we do... If they could sell enough.
Can you imagine the Crows reducing their 11 game memberships so we can get more people attending? Same with the Weagles. Would be laughed at.
He can call it whatever marketing spin term he wants... but the bottom line is you want to guarantee games nearly sold out at the start of the season (money up front), because if your team's form drops off & you have a large group of fairweather supporters, then funny enough history shows the crowds drop off selling lots of 3 game packages.Thomas called it sampling .....but he assumed weekly sell-outs
And this is exactly what happened in 2016He can call it whatever marketing spin term he wants... but the bottom line is you want to guarantee games nearly sold out at the start of the season (money up front), because if your team's form drops off & you have a large group of fairweather supporters, then funny enough history shows the crowds drop off selling lots of 3 game packages.
They're dropping 2000 a year on average every year since Adelaide's OvalAnd this is exactly what happened in 2016
So the shiny new toy excitement has worn off & we're back to pure footy supportThey're dropping 2000 a year on average every year since Adelaide's Oval
They can't hit an average of 38000 without their Showdown included
This year - once the Watts Gloss wears off and Motlop starts to Flop a lot - they'll be struggling to get that !
Perhaps that is why Adelaide Oval has spent millions on their upgrade for lighting & sound shows...So the shiny new toy excitement has worn off & we're back to pure footy support
so more Port supporters can get to see their games
Don't shoot the messenger .....i'm just a humble carrier pidgeonI’ve heard lots of marketing spin over the years but that one takes the cake!
“We’ve got so many supporters we’ve got to rotate them in short bursts so they can all get a turn to watch the crap”
Haha
You may have missed the point.
I don't think people believe that have moral superiorty based on where they shop, it is based on one is seen as local the other national.
Port - local, Adelaide - national.

Can I pay for it in Bitcoin....[emoji16]
