Or just not very good

Ben McEvoy left the ground it tears today and Hawthorn still has 8 All Australian players on their list.
That says a lot about the All Australian selection criteria imo
I'll think you'll find that most of the eight fit the AA criteria quite well.
I see the the tribunal change the rules for subsequent actions after the Freo player is suspended for it.
hawks discount applies once again no charge
That's complete shit.
Accidental head clash that knocked a guy into next week and he gets off.
Fyfe: accidental head clash, small cut: 3 weeks.

I'm interested to see how many Hawk fans fall away after a bad year.
We've probably doubled our membership in the last week.
How many collingwood fans have? Its the same with hawthorn they wont sadly
Nah, Hawthorn fans are a completely different breed. Most have never experienced really bad games, unlike Collingwood fans who went through years of it.
I reckon they are the most unlikeable of all AFL supporter groups (yes, even worse than Eagles fans as a collective). Times get tough, their numbers will evaporate. Bring on Tassie!
That reminds me, I noticed something interesting reading one of the Hawthorn threads the other day. A couple of very prominent Hawks fans had suddenly started referring to their team as 'them' and 'they', when I'm sure they've always been the 'we, we, we' types before.
Hawthorn fans are probably the worst in the league for thinking the success of their team reflects on them personally and that it imbues them with a superior understanding of the game (aka the eagles of the east), so I wasn't surprised to see them starting to subtly disassociate themselves from the team now bad times have arrived that might reflect negatively on their own self-worth.
Think of the pets, will their memberships be renewed ?.
Your thinking of collingwood they have pet memberships
What are those sad ****s going to live vicariously through now? UFC? US politics? The theatre? They'll probably just get hooked on ice or fentanyl.
I think Freo did it too, maybe still does?
Still available? Looking for b'day pressie for the cat
I still can't believe Hawthorn were dumb enough to do that trade with St Kilda all to get an injury prone player.. Looking even more ridiculous with the slide down the ladder after giving up next years 1st round.
Hopefully it will outdo the Croad trade we have copped so much crap from their flog fans. We obviously lost out on it but at least on paper at the time it wasn't that bad, problem was the bloke didn't want to be here.
The Tarrant one actually annoys me more.
Had to put my family pet down today. Horrible. She was nearly 17 though.
Very sorry to hear that. It is always extremely sad when a much loved pet reaches the end.
Sorry to hear mate. It's never anything but totally gutwrenching but 17 is definitely a good run. I've had so, so many pets over the years and you'd think you'd develop some emotional fortitude after all the death but nup, I still cry like a bitch every time.
My 18 year old cat with cancer trolled us by just disappearing to die, never found the body, even crawled under the house looking for an hour where I assumed she went. As bad as putting a pet down this was just weird and frustrating feeling not being able to say goodbye.
I felt absolutely awful recently when a small pullet hen disappeared, found the poor thing a week later and it has somehow in some 1/1000 freak piece of misfortune somehow got stuck under a small plastic container, obviously starved but alive. Died the next day
