So says the footy font of all knowledge . And I resent the ugly term.

I sat in the old stand.
Living in the scrub I miss the WAFL.
I agree fully. The other impressive outcome from the recruiters is our Rookie List. Some very nice options developing.
At least we'll have a functioning forward line at WAFL level.
Tassone - Cox - O'Brien
Bennell - Tabs - Ugle
2 talls, 2 meds, 2 smalls.
Better than our AFL forward line.
Not sure if Cox is banned from Peel as well?
They'd be banned from playing at Peel as well you'd think.
When Blakely had the club imposed suspension he didn't play WAFL so I doubt Cox or Ryan will either
Cox and Ryan both playing - interesting. Good to see Blair Bell back, and Naughton and Cramer both named on field this week.
B Naughton ~ Dawson ~ Bray
HB TBennell ~ Hancock ~ Ryan
C DPearce ~ O'Brien ~ Ibbotson
HF HBennell ~ Bell ~ Lawler
F Ugle ~ Cox ~ Cramer
R Griffin ~ Grey ~ Walsh
I/C Tassone, Matthews, Wrigley, Thorne, Strnadica, Piggott, Morris
* plus probably two of Collins, Taberner, Sutcliffe
Still the best thread , relax and enjoy .
I'm happy with that, greatly increases the likelihood of them being selected at AFL level next week
Me likey. They cop their punishment but also get given the chance to make quick amends. With luck both will be straight back in next week.
Well people, we finally get a Saturday night home AFL game!!! But now we can't go to Peel to watch Bennell and (mostly) Taberner strut their stuff without missing the start of the Domain action.
Do not fear. 7mate are showing the WAFL! Rejoice and make slightly better informed opinions about some of our stars WAFL form. Not the same as being there, but better than nothing.
Good decision to play the booze brothers, the more games we can get into them the better. No point punishing the team by hindering their development when they're fit to play.
What is Subi's backline like? Do they have capable kpd's?
Tabs, Cox, Bennell, Ugle, Bell should really be able to stretch any WAFL level backline.
Sutty, Grey, DPearce in the midfield isn't the greatest but should be able to compete.
Naughton, Collins and Dawson in the backline should control the air. Ryan for the rebound.
Should be a cracker.
I would have thought they would be a very capable WAFL midfield.
I wonder if Liam Ryan will be a factor. He's been pantsed by Nyhuis the last few time Peel have played Subi.
Guess we'll know Saturday afternoon.
Blakely's been carrying that hand injury too so it might have been a dual ban/injury week.
I'd think Subi will win this however Peel do have a strong team in.
The booze brothers better play well.
A few of our older players will be playing for their contracts
Strnadica seems to be having a good game for the reserves, two goals and 26 hitouts before 3QT time.
He is, but you'd also hope so.
Full team out yet? Surely Sutcliffe is the reserve tnite
Sam Collins not playing for @PeelThunderFC. Prob in for @freodockers tonite #wafl #AFLFreoHawks
Lol. If he plays forward, Ross can GTFO.
