Someone please tell me Logue had 20 contested possessions playing in the midfield
They did, I'd assume so. No reports anywhere as of yetSo did Peel play a scratch match on the weeked? if so did any of the Freo listed players play in it?
Not quite the win I wanted, but I'll take itGREAT START TO THE SEASON FOR Peel Thunder Football Club. SENIORS defeating Perth 21.16.142 Perth 5.4.34
Goal kickers -
Brayden Lawler (4), Brad McGowan (4), Gerald Ugle (4), Leroy Jetta (3), Brennan Cox (3), Blair Bell (2) & Brad Walsh (1)
Hmmm... must have been stacked full of Fremantle Players.

I'm glad Lawler, McGowan, Bell and Walsh are all still with Peel. Adding Jetta alongside Ugle is smart recruiting also. Pity Strnadica wasn't on the goal scorers list if he played. Would love to know who the mids were and how they went (eg Grey, Deluca, Hughes etc)? It's a good sign for a rebuilding team when the seconds team is strong. Really hope Peel can hold up this season without the 3 amigos et al.
I didn't actually think it was possible for Perth to get worse......GREAT START TO THE SEASON FOR Peel Thunder Football Club. SENIORS defeating Perth 21.16.142 Perth 5.4.34

Thanks . good to heard the two rookie list deluca and grey doing well.Harley Balic was probably best on. Would have had about 30 odd touches. Obviously what ever he was in the rehab group for didn't worry him. Would like to see him in the next pre-season game.
Brennan cox was also a standout, looked really clean and got on the scoreboard.
Brady grey and josh deluca solid and looks like their strong preseason has paid off.
Ethan Hughes is ready too go, looks very solid and in my opinion should replace a bloke like Sutcliffe.
Logue was really quiet, but playing centre half back in a game that peel dominated probably was never going to get him high possessions. Expect him to rise in the competitive games.
Luke ryan had a shin to shin clash in the first quarter, and got X-rays today I think as a precaution to see if there was a break. Was on crutches at the end of the game, but seems as though it was more precaution, but time will tell.
In a week of not much to be happy about with our club - this is much needed. Thanks! (except the Luke Ryan bit o/c - hope he is ok)Harley Balic was probably best on. Yeah I've noticed a lot of people seem to be a bit doom and gloom about the dockers first pre-season match, but I think it's got to be put into perspective a bit. From what I saw in the replay you've got a Geraldton settled west coast team in their second last practice match before the real stuff vs a lethargic looking Fremantle team that's been under a high training load out there trying to get minutes and get a feel of the bodies. A few of those freo boys are new to the team/haven't played for a while. Teams tend to sharpen up pretty quick, and it probably takes us a bit more time especially with our new forward line. I dunno that's just my opinion I guess.
But anyways I'll hopefully keep yas updated with the Fremantle boys playing for peel throughout the course of the season. Depending on my schedule of course![]()
MUCH appreciated.Ethan Hughes is ready too go, looks very solid and in my opinion should replace a bloke like Sutcliffe.
Ive looked on the Peel website, wafl, watoday etc no mention of it anywhere.....pretty piss poor
He has his knockers but I think he'd become an expert pretty quickly at playing Left Right Out.not really sure what Suban is tbh
