Time for our boards 2017 Phantom Draft.

Calling out to 'players' who want to be involved, but first just for those who really want to go all the way.
Please don't nominate a club just yet as, if you trust me, I'll pull names out of a barrel and then when we have the full 18 clubs involved, I'll redraw those names and attach them to a club.

I feel that some posters deserve first dibs here and largely because they've followed this years crop harder than most.
Those posters would be SmokingGun Arr0w TerryWallet Jimmae ....... Sorry if I missed someone, but put in your claim and I'll deal with it.
If any of the named posters don't care to be involved, please say so.

I'm happy to run this Phantom and I won't be involved for my own reasons.

No opposition, have been a keen participant for a couple of years, and this will continue.
Was "buried" in The Blue Room, much to the chagrin of many participants.
Just hard to keep up with the disjointed goings on, with multiple organisers.
If your version becomes the accepted board annual draft, I would like to participate.

This is the time to do it B&S, as otherwise we'll largely just be following others' phantoms.

There's still a bit of mystery about what may come about at this point in time, but if I am cutting across others turf, I'll back out.........hell, I've backed out already. I'm not even putting my name forward for involvement

We'll ride this through until Wednesday night and then call the cut-off for expressions of interest.

This might be a bit premature given we're waiting for teams to be deeper into finalising their lists pre-draft and I'm sure a few people will appreciate more footage, and what's more everyone in the first thread signed up for two phantoms; they should get first right of refusal for this.

Random draw is fine by me: it's how I ran it last year, but I gave everyone one veto when doing so. The snake draft is pinned in the Blue Room subforum.
