Agree, this is my first time contributing, I wouldn't mind a single locker room ticket for a game. It's not a make or break thing for me, just simply my preference

Not sure if Macca19 has typed that up wrong or the person he is dealing with did and its been repeated, but the original quote was for

2 x Player Sponsor Night tickets

and I suspect that is what is supposed to be there when you read the 2 x Season Launch.. If we are sponsoring a player we get to attend that event to meet the player.

I've got some prices now. I've asked for a price including the usual extras we get like BnF tickets and Season Launch tickets, but we are looking at:

- 2 x Locker Room season tickets = $4380 (entry into 11 home games + 2 tickets to the Power Goes event)

- Player Sponsor. Has new levels this year which are:
* Black = $4000 (leadership group & experienced players)
* White = $3200 (experienced players & up and coming players)
* Teal = $2200 (All other AFL listed players)
* Silver = $1000 (SANFL & Rookie players)

The benefits we get with player sponsorship include:
2 x Player Sponsor Night tickets
1 x On Ground Game Day Experience
1 x Game Day Event in Cathedral Room
2 x Kick n Catch Event tickets
2 x Scarves
1 x Signed Guernsey
1 x Signed Photo Frame

So if we wanted 2 locker room tickets + similar player to this year, we'd be looking at minimum $6500, which at this point I think we may fall short on. So the question is, depending on the total price, should we cut it back to 1 locker room ticket this year?

Over the years I've had a wealth of the experiences offered above, due to different connections (not just the BigFooty Port Board). IMO the Player Sponsor Night is much the best option there. The Game Day Event is pretty cool too, but notably less player contact.
The Locker Room thingo is a bit indirect and being game day you don't really meet any players/officials like you do at the first two. I remember the pre-game change-room tour at Carparkistan when there was wire mesh between players and onlookers (like the Blues Brothers' scene where they do Country and Western and are being pelted with bottles). You felt the adrenaline of the pre-match warm-up. At AO it's a perspex wall and you don't get the vibe, however you do get canapes and free drinks.
The on-ground thing would probably be a buzz for someone who has never done it but you can do a squillion of those if you turn up to a few Cheer Squad banner-makings.

We had about $800 left over. From the projections, $5860 will be at the upper limit so long as we don't have many more pull out.
