I've got some prices now. I've asked for a price including the usual extras we get like BnF tickets and Season Launch tickets, but we are looking at:

- 2 x Locker Room season tickets = $4380 (entry into 11 home games + 2 tickets to the Power Goes event)

- Player Sponsor. Has new levels this year which are:
* Black = $4000 (leadership group & experienced players)
* White = $3200 (experienced players & up and coming players)
* Teal = $2200 (All other AFL listed players)
* Silver = $1000 (SANFL & Rookie players)

The benefits we get with player sponsorship include:
2 x Player Sponsor Night tickets
1 x On Ground Game Day Experience
1 x Game Day Event in Cathedral Room
2 x Kick n Catch Event tickets
2 x Scarves
1 x Signed Guernsey
1 x Signed Photo Frame

So if we wanted 2 locker room tickets + similar player to this year, we'd be looking at minimum $6500, which at this point I think we may fall short on. So the question is, depending on the total price, should we cut it back to 1 locker room ticket this year?

If we're dropping it down to 1 locker room ticket (which is perfectly fine with me) than I'll just pay $200 instead of $400 because that's the only real reason I did double.

In fact, as great as the locker room experience is, I'd much prefer us getting our mittens on a better player. But that's just me :)

Going to be sorting this out by the end of the month :)

I'm over the locker room. It's great the first few times but happy to invest elsewhere. That's just me though, I won't be fussed if we go 2x locker room again.

We could ask the club to price 2 tickets for 6 games as well a 1 x 11 games. I reckon it's better to go to the Locker Room with someone rather than by yourself.

Means we only need to find 12 contributors to attend not 22 like the last couple of years.

Definitely agree with the last couple of posts about the locker room, it's cool to see once but probably a bit meh a second time.

Just thinking out loud here, probably no one would like the idea... could the coin put towards the Locker Room be put into some sort of BF night at the club where we all can meet the player and have a few bevvies?

That's usually part of the player sponsorship anyway, unfortunately it slipped by and we couldnt get it organised last year.

--------------------------------------------------

The club has come back and said that:
2 x Locker Room tickets
Teal Player Sponsor
2 Power Goes tickets
2 Season Launch tickets
2 BnF tickets

will cost us $6300 +gst. At the moment unless we get another 5-6 people contributing $200 each then that's likely to be out of our price range.

The reason why we organised two locker room tickets was so that we had more inventory that we could offer those that contribute so that close to everybody that contributes has the chance to get something.

If people aren't too concerned about the locker room anymore, we can look at a few different options:

1) Cut it back to 1 locker room ticket

2) Cut it back to 2 locker room tickets to half the home games

3) Cut out the locker room completely and put that extra money towards a 2nd player sponsorship (meaning we could probably afford a combo of Black/White & Teal level sponsorships)

This is everyones money so its really up to everyone to put their opinion forward and seeing which way we want to go as a group

Locker Room holds no interest for me.
I would guess that anyone contributing would have game access anyway so it feels a bit pointless.

The player sponsor benefits are great value though.
Are we sticking with Riley Bonner this year?

I've really enjoyed the Before the bounce meals, probably more so than locker room.

I think a more "inner sanctum" experience that isn't just a AO thing would be much better - if we did that I'd be back in for the extra $200 :)

We have had the meal with the sponsored player at the Port Club but as they are usually done after mid season and the last couple of years we have struggled only 6 to 10 contributors are turning up.

No season launch tickets?

No season launch tickets?
Its a freebie at family day this year. But yes I did think that before the brain clicked into gear a minute or two later when I first saw the list.
