Great to know it's gonna be back...kudos guys. I always enjoy listening to the banter while doing other "research" online ;)

(This is based of course only on a limited sample size that was the JLT series, along with a bit of Keys' training reports)...We seem to have a few more modes of attack this year and I think this will make us less predictable. That is, instead of just the long Hurn kick to the HBF, we actively engaged the run and gun handball style from the backline at times, which enabled a bit more zig-zag attack through the corridor rather than just riding the outer edge of the "fat side" with over-lap run. Also, Hurn occasionally kicked long to the HFF instead of engaging the running-hands game, almost as if he was deciding the mode of attack.

From stoppages we maintained possession with quick hands before picking the best outlet option going forward, which we were kind of doing at the back end of last season anyway.

I don't know what I'm asking aside from perhaps do you agree we will be a little less predictable during transition this year?

If so, who do you think will be the beneficiaries in the team from this (the KPF's in JJK and Darling, or the smaller forwards and mids like Hill, Cripps, Gaff and co?) In a round-about way, I'm trying to decide upon the Darling averaging > 5.5 marks per game prediction, initially thinking he may take more marks if we are less predictable and he is running off the HF flanks.

Cheers!

P.S. My rambling may be BS, I dunno...just interested in hearing you talk about the team.

Some more questions:
- What's the best way to steal a lock of Matt Priddis' hair?
- If you were to make a delightful sundried tomato dip in a loaf of sourdough bread for a member of the squad, who would it be?
- Do you think Paul Peos likes ginger ale?
- How is Cripps' hairdressing apprenticeship going?
- What's Josh Kennedy's ebay login?
- When Keys dreams of FiveStrings, what song is playing in the background?
Nope
Oh go on then, some more:
- Do you think Simmo is more inclined towards Keynesian economics or favours a more Friendman-like monetarist response?
- Did Scott Lycett perform the shoulder surgery on himself?
- How much longer can Glendinning be debated?
- I'm interested in digging between the centre square at the new stadium and the centre of the Earth. Who's with me?
Nope

My question is for Keyz

Having seen glimpses of Rioli and D.V can you please explain their strengths and weaknesses. Do you see either of them making the team this year? Can Hill and Rioli coexist in the same fwd line.

Massive Hilly fan.

Q. Our backline is overloaded with potential setups and talent. Wellingham stated that the backline personnel will fluctuate based on need. Do you guys think that's a fair assessment, or do poor performances of Ezy and Nelson set a mandate for a set backline?

Q. There's been some heat on Jetta this week, in your collective opinion, was his game V North an improvement on his 2016 performances? How can we utilised him better?

Q. Is the slow start (as evidenced By North & the early melting in the game thread) a concern? How does the coaching staff address this?

1) After Petire's injury, Simmo confirmed Giles would come in this week. Do you guys think this is the best option, or would you prefer they bring in another F/R to replace him? Or the old chestnut of Gov to F/R?

2) Early I know, but are there any potential FA/out of contract targets we should go hard for?
Biggest names include Dusty (SPP), Fyfe, Johannisen, Zaharakis, Rockliff.

3) Who is the bigger campaigner? Kevin Bartlett or Virat Kohli?

Kohli by a mile. Bartlett is just a senile old man, Kohli is a campaigner.
It doesn't happen often but this is one of those times we are in complete agreement.

Q) With the ruck crisis and the abundance of tall backmen is it almost time to go with McGovern's wish to play part time in the ruck and play Barrass or Schofield down back in his place?

1. Which of the current squad is most likely to become a cult leader?
2. If Jackson Nelson was trapped in a human-size banana peel, how might he escape?
3. Do you think Gaff's favourite Sir Mix-A-Lot album is Mack Daddy?
4. If FiveStrings was caught embezzling money from an AFL coach, which one would it be?
5. Have you seen my car keys?
6. Has Jack Darling seen my car keys?
7. Keys do you have my car keys?*
8. Where does the best 22 come down on the issue of pineapple on pizzas?
9. Do you think Jetta struggled this week because his top was tucked in? Maybe the other teammates need to make him feel welcome and do the same thing?
10. In honour this weekend's fixture, who is the patron saint of 10 goal drubbings?

* I may not own a car.
