Are j smith and zuthrie placeholders for other guys coming back or will they stay in the side as long as they are half decent??

Id be cautious on Smith, he is playing as a 3rd tall defender and think Frost will take his spot when fit (1-2 weeks) in saying that from the VFL i have seen of smith i think he can really play.

Don't really want Butler but he's playing so I'm not passing on him, over fear of getting shafted by other fwd rookies not making their 22.

Came 2nd in Rising Star comp during breakout season, Crows held onto him through all his injuries up until now, and played over 80% TOG across all three JLT games.

But yeah, let's assume he's not about to be named - sure.

I think Cameron won't feature for round 1 and 2 at least, so he'll give me a VC option
Round 3 they play first, so he'll be useless then, but I'm assuming I'll have a rookie or dropped

Still haven't decided whether to take this route or not, but I think Cameron can be useful over the byes and give good cash generation

Strnadica is the perfect loophole option though.. dirt cheap, comes with ruck/fwd, and plays no Friday matches so always have a loophole option

Well, we reported on our Facebook page that his paperwork has supposedly been lodged. One of the other admins says he had a source who's told him that this is the case, but he's sceptical. I'm still waiting for teams to be named, I haven't given up hope.

the only thing we can do is aim to get most of them right, and hope 2 rookie correction trades in round 3 is enough

Yep, I also have 150k in the bank so should have no problems doing corrections..leaves me enough $ to consider Marchbank and JOM if a few rookies get dropped.
