I've gone back to Sandilands despite injury niggles - I'm just praying he can hold up for at least a third of the season. I read that if he averages 105 in the first 6 rounds, he goes up to about $480k already which is good enough for me, any further time on the field averaging high is a bonus. My SC2017 is hanging on the shoulders of Aaron Sandilands.

If crisis strikes and he goes down early, I may just about have to jump on the Witts train.

Here's what I could find for anyone interested. Stat lines and write-ups (helpful to see if up against Stephen Michael or Tattoo from Fantasy Island).
Writeups mostly from Coll VFL news section, so grain of salt warranted. Hitout stat always rightmost. Stat-wise did OK in prelim given double-teamed.

Bcoz someone like him or witts can give us a better indication who's the next best R2 wise out of grundy, martin etc , better assessment before the bye rounds arrive . Obviously if goldy is fit himself than no brainer.

Given that every second team posted this week has Ryder at R2 , with the idea of moving him fwd in rd9, I would say that most disagree with you.
