Read back through more than a month of that Whisperer bloke's tweets and I couldn't find any actual news he'd broken.

On the other hand he reckoned Birchall to WCE would happen and that Wilson was less chance of getting to Freo than Aliir Aliir.

That Birchall stuff sounds like someone told him bad info to work out who was leaking. No one with a remote following in football thinks that trade was a remote chance.

I really want Higgins or Clark, but would be happy with any of Brayshaw, Coffield, Garner, Constable etc. I could even live with Naughton, O'Brien or Darcy Fogarty.

I'm sure I'll narrow down my preferences as it gets closer but it does beat last year when we were convinced it was either Berry or Gallucci.

I am not sure on Garner, quality player but I don't see see any midfielder in him more a HBF.

The one thing I am happy about is that we should have a quality player available to us at # 13 as I think the first round will be pretty good this year.

Ryan is extremely overrated.

he's performed well at WAFL level kicked 70 odd goals this year in the state side did OK in the Sandover ran 3rd in the Subi medal Which is pretty good , but he has struggled in the last two grand finals against peel, so I guess it's whether Simmo is going to take the chance, Schofield made a comment that he would like to see Willie Rioli in one pocket and Liam Ryan in the other at the Eagles so I guess he rates him
