Good idea, trade pick 13 for 24 and 27 then send the 2 second rounders to Port for Ah Chee. Should see the deal get over the line so it doesn't drag on for a whole week.
Do you blokes imagine how embarrasing this is . Other team posters lurk our thread you know

High tackling, manic pressure forwardlines seem to be one of the key themes of the last few years, and I think a forwardline of Kennedy, Darling, Rioli, Venables, Cripps, and a resting Lycett and Naitanui can bring that.
Best seasons over the last 7 years were due to out manic pressure, whether through the web ('15) or our forward pressure ('11,'12). We've really lost that hard edge as the corralling has become more prevalent.

That's why we should be offering pick 31.
No we shouldnt - we should bend them over and dry fu|<|< them.

Do you think ebert gave a single solitary red rats ring gear that port hardballed us?

Nope - we look after our shit - they look after theirs.

You've convinced me. This and next year's first or GTFO.

More concerning is the lack of players going out rather than coming in if you ask me.

Like Dajesmac said, couldn't care less about Watts, Stringer, or anyone going to other clubs..

Bit I'd have liked to have seen us improve our draft position and get rid of some expendable players off the list if we had the chance, particularly with the list cleanout/rejuvenation we're supposedly having.

Only problem is we have next to nobody worth anything. Marsden, Schofield, and Wellingham, that's it. Karps and Lamb to a lesser extent. Lycett was the one for me personally.

I agree. I can see why both Masten, Wellingham and Schofield would be hard to sell. Lycett is an interesting one but his trade value would probably be lower than his value to the squad right now. In an ideal world, we'd look for a deal following a season where he's put together a solid body of form (and isn't out of contract). If it's a choice between Lycett and pick 30 I'd pick the player.

For some reason I can imagine these sort of scenes around the trade table this week

So has anything happened today ...read something about young Eagles flying into Dockers nest .

That's from that Ricky Nixon video, right?

Apparently one or more of our youngsters to Fremantle.

Hard to imagine. There are opportunities here and we'd want picks (which are basically youngster) back.

Bewildered at all the Fuss over Ah chee........

No one knows anything about him and as time goes on, he has become mythical. His ability is increasing each day and yet to determine if he has a killer fend off. Port have a superstar on their list and dont know it and we better trade for him before they find out.
