The only thing I've heard is MCGovern Snr doesn't want his 2 sons to be playing for the same team! Not sure if true, but just passing on what I've heard.Look in my opinion, even if I hated a team I would still jump at the chance to play for the other team if my brother was playing for them. It's not just playing but training and hanging with your brother every day is something I couldn't pass up.
I've heard (via the Adelaide Big Footy site) that both teams are into him, but they also seem to think if Mitch should leave Adelaide that he's more likely to go to Freo. Not sure if they really know of course!Hopefully we've done the legwork before the end of the season so he doesn't nominate Freo

Redden has a contract for next year, doesn't he?
I'd take the hit and pay him out.
#sendamessageSo why move on a contracted player with so many others going?
He was never the same after that Jonas hit. Really tentative with everything now and I believe that's the reason he fumbles as well. Picking up the ball is a big problem because he's worried about whos coming the other way rather than the ballAA in 2015 and named in the 49 man squad in 2016
Hasn't been able to replicate that firm this year to be fair but if you don't think he has a high trade value then you're an idiot
Anyone else think that Lycett is the perfect trade candidate we have now?
With the emergence of Vardy (someone I've been very impressed with and I'd say is up there as one of the biggest positives of the year) we're not going to be playing all 3 next season. We have surplus to our needs, just like we did with KPD's.
Vardy is the perfect backup ruck to pair with Nic as i think he can compete well in the air and play forward effectively.
Lycett is clearly more suited as a number 1 ruck, and he's still got some trade value.
Would love to cash Lycett in and recruit another project ruck. Still got Giles contracted as backup too. All i know is Lycett or Vardy playing WAFL next year is going to anjoy me.

Any worth there?
Vardy was developed as a forward for Geelong iirc, think he could be valuable as a KPF especially if Darling were to look elsewhere (can't comment on that). IF Vardy can stay out there and put in a big pre-season, playing together with Lycett and Naitanui could be a very damaging combination. The club stated they saw Vardy as a flexible long-term player when they took him; might not necessarily mean full-time ruck.Anyone else think that Lycett is the perfect trade candidate we have now?

Complete BS if you ask me.
Guess we'll see.
Most rumours stem from outrageous desperation. All indications is Cripps wants to be a one club player. Next captain material. So where is this bs rumor coming from?
We need to trade for players this year, the draft looks shit this year.
Its supposed to be a draft for KPF this year, but most KPF are not looking great.
Its looking very shallow draft so far, it may change once the championships are finished,
but not liking the talent at all.
Are you being serious? If so stop watching footy
His father Phil is a West Australian so you would think he might have some sort of connection (and maybe relatives) to the place. We should as a minimum make an enquiry of his management and be prepared to back it with enough bucks to make it worth the kid's consideration. He is a beauty!!!Is Kelly from gws a chance to come over the us if he was on the move?
Just thought he would help our modfield.
We need to go hard but smart.
