Yeah, what we need now more than anything is a key defender.Contracted till the end of 2019. Pretty difficult to prise him away. Besides, if we are going to raid the Gold Coast, I want Steven MAY.

JJ was soft against the swans on thursday when he couldn't run free. showed him up as very limited roll player in a good team structure. no team supporter no JJTo many JJs Norm Smith seemed fortunate . His disposal in GF was awful , often directly hit a Swanee.

Will give you a bit of a summary of my thoughts on the talent on display latter.
I am not expecting a lot from WA as the talent this year is pretty thin.
There are a couple of guys from SA that I have an interest in.
Anyway more latter.
Anyone else going ?
I haven't seen any of his better games but I'm not too sure what he would add other than depth? Big bodied mid/hff ,does he have many high posession games?Acres was terrible last night. 15 touches, only 4 contested as well as 2 clangers.
Wouldn't surprise me if he was dropped. Good, keep it going son, get dropped, then get homesick and request a trade.
Amirite!
6 games over 21 touches this year, also booted 7 goals so far from 10 games.I haven't seen any of his better games but I'm not too sure what he would add other than depth? Big bodied mid/hff ,does he have many high posession games?

How much time does Acres spend forward?6 games over 21 touches this year, also booted 7 goals so far from 10 games.
Last night was his worst game of the year, but generally he's got similar stats to Sheed this season.

I've heard he finds plenty of space.....How much time does Acres spend forward?

Assuming Ian Hill is the younger brother of Stephen and Brad Hill !?
Wouldnt mind the Eagles taking Sam Taylor sounds like a top 20 pick maybe and although we need best midfielders taking Taylor would be great for further consolidating the KPP stocks .
At least with Taylor we know we have most likely a future AFL player .
Western Australia was led to a 42-point victory over Vic Country by Ian Hill, who is the cousin of Fremantle's Stephen and Hawthorn's Brad.
This - Ian Hill. Spot on with seeing him as a real differentiator. He has great speed and for a lad so young he was prepared to back in some silky skills and weaving through traffic. Just in front of where I was sitting he tried to keep the ball in play and he has a touch of wizardry about him.The player who impressed me as being the best player on display today ( not however necessarily the BOG ) was WA's Ian Hill who is unfortunately underage and he will be a real special player next year. This kid just "ozzes" class, poise, smarts and tricks ( God can he sell candy) if you were looking for a nippy clever highly skilled small crumbing forward then this kid ticks every box and then some.
wellingham in the team yukThe News of Priddis re-signing and the load of requests from work colleges increasing by the minute, I've turned into an irrational mess. Behold the window of my madness.

BOND 007 - can you please assure me that O'Brien and the team will keep a close eye on him and not let him slip to Port while we take another solid Melbourne citizen?
was facetious
He's one for the 2018 draft.
Does anyone know if he was part of our 2016 Academy intake? He was eligible.
