Rockliff is a beast on the inside , he can also go forward and kick a goal , tackle in big numbers and pick up a good amount of ball on the outside . I don't care if he is a prick it's not like he will be our captain VC or even in our leadership group .
He would be a hired gun .
We have cash so why not use it and keep our draft picks whilst putting a ready made inside mid into our team .
Adding rockliff, natanui and another wingman would mean we will still be a contending force whilst keeping our draft picks and stocking up young talent

I realise he polarises people but he might spark Jack into being stronger in the contest and alongside of JK he would be awesome.

Wouldn't have thought the pressures of AFL would be bad in Western Sydney.

I wold take Green in a heart beat. There is no way GWS will let him slip though.

Without double checking I'm pretty sure their first pick is currently 32ish while our second rounder is currently 27. They had a few complicated trades and it seems they also don't have their natural second rounder.

I'll stick by my point that I could see another team pick him up earlier than us, even in the 2nd round NM and Ess have me worried.

Haha it wasn't that long ago I checked. Some dude on the d&t board keeps a regularly updated spreadsheet of the live picks, it's a great resource.

Steve is really happy in Sydney and committed to GWS. There is a core at GWS in their leadership team that want to win the flag as a group and not just once so a single flag will more likely fuel a desire to go back to back.
