Maybe he could challenge for Lacras' spot?He actually played out of the square a lot. But also as a high half forward roaming

They traded a contracted caddy last year for cheap because of salary reasons
Gov 2.0I hope you're right. Seen him a couple of times at hillarys marina the last couple of weeks. He's a pretty big unit and still might come good
peekaye are you able to confirm this information?

could be more too it . If we paid schofield salary for next year it would increase his value .Different league of quality there. In any case it's not a strong enough basis to suggest Geelong would offer us one of the better players on their list for pick 30 and a player who would probably fetch us pick 50 on the open market.
Yeah I was adamant. I think the coaches were happy with his development and progression and convinced him he will get more opportunities

It's a way we can use our salary cap which will be not used
This trade talk stems from a rumour on perth radio about him wanting to come back to Perth.Just as an opposition supporter input Duncan won't go he has just recently signed until 2020 and more importantly (unlike in the case of a single caddy) his partner is the daughter of a former geelong player (geoff miles) and they just had their first child a few weeks ago and she is very reliant on the family support. He wouldn't go for that reason even if we wanted him to (which we don't). You may be correct about geelong wanting to move cap out (although we moved a lot of cap out last year and have two key retirements this year) but it will likely be motlop and menzel going to free that up.
As for Schofield i doubt he wants to leave you guys anyway, he had the chance last year to go when he was a free agent and he re-signed, if he didn't go home then i doubt he wants to now.
Think you'll find that Geoff Miles played more games for the Eagles than he did for Geelong. Not that it has any bearing on the rumoured tradeJust as an opposition supporter input Duncan won't go he has just recently signed until 2020 and more importantly (unlike in the case of a single caddy) his partner is the daughter of a former geelong player (geoff miles) and they just had their first child a few weeks ago and she is very reliant on the family support. We will need to replace 5 main list spots maybe more if we are thinking about trading Masten or Schofield for picks. There are possible retirements in Wellingham & Lecras too. I would delist all but 2 rookies which means an influx of around 10 players. We can't really afford to axe Lamb who has actally shown a bit. Play him as a third tall in attack. Just needs to get fitter maybe slim down as he won't really be a KPPIf we're looking at a big list turnover it could just be a case of the club being realistic that Lamb represents more value on our list than pick #96 via the draft.
Was just pointing out that it doesn't really matter who he played for. Can certainly understand why they wouldn't want to move away from family thoughI am aware of that. My point was more that while demi has a fair few relatives close by and her brother keeps playing for hawthorn an she keeps her networks local, she won't be letting mitch move anytime soon.
Thats a sound judgementIf we're looking at a big list turnover it could just be a case of the club being realistic that Lamb represents more value on our list than pick #96 via the draft.
Lol no thanks, isn't Falsolo the worst forward for pressure in the AFL?Fasolo and pick 36 for Darling
So who will we draft![]()

Whatever issues Lamb has that are holding him back, fitness isn't one of them. Would be in the top 5 aerobically fittest players at the clubWe will need to replace 5 main list spots maybe more if we are thinking about trading Masten or Schofield for picks.
