Brandon's likely arrival makes me kinda hope Gold Coast stay a basket case. Hopefully Callum follows big brother home.

Not excited at all about the possibility of Ah Chee. Looks like a fringe player at best with a lazy attitude.

Hinkley refused to play him all year and told him so. So he goes back to the SANFL, wins Ports ressies B&F anf 2nd in the Margarey. That's the opposite of a lazy attitude.

He's only ever had Hinkley, who clearly doesn't rate him and doesn't play him in his correct position, as an AFL coach.

They would be the biggest campaigners of all time to send him to the draft btw

What's with these Adelaide clubs, they have some serious little man syndrome.

Most clubs who have a guy for 6 years who has failed to break into the squad and wants to make the most of his dwindiling career do the right thing by said player. It's pretty pathetic and just shows how shitty of a club port is imo.

Whilst I think he could prove to be a good get at even 48, I think the principle of the situation points to our 4th rounder being closer to the mark.

I hope we don't cave but I have a feeling we will. Feel sorry for Ah Chee, guy can't get a game and yet he's a "required" player, what a load of shit

He's uncontracted had little afl game time this year but he's a required player then they go and get Rrockliff [emoji848]

Given 'list management' and 'old mate of Simpson's who is at a loose end for a job' have an identical meaning at west coast, it is extremely appropriate that Brady Rawlings is responsible for the club's 'list management'.

To be fair to Rawlings he's only been in the job for a year, can't blame him for our recruitment issues...yet

I'm more keen on Kelly than ah Chee to be honest. Wouldn't mind ah Chee at a 4th rounder but he seems like another midfielder lacking versatility. At least with Kelly he seems like he could play a multiple roles.

It's very simple boys and girls. We are potentially competing with 17 other clubs for Tim Kelly's services. So if the clubs really wants him we may have to use a second rounder.

Ah Chee is uncontracted and has nominated us as his destination. Hence competing with pretty much no-one, port should be ****ing grateful for a fourth rounder and do whats right by the player.

Ah Chee does not lack versatility.

Well I'm.guessing we are getting ah chee to play an inside mid role.
He's spent a lot of his career reasonably deep in the forward line
That makes him reasonably versatile

What do you expect they are the Fremantle of SA .
Massive chip on their shoulder and mental scars after their last GF where they lost by 119 pts .

Meh. If it was happening to us we would want the club to push for the best deal possible. I am confident Port are just trying to appear strong.
