No, but I'm aware that we aren't being overly active and will take picks into the draft.

Rawlings basically confirmed it via interview that Ah Chee is the only deal we are looking at currently.

Unless there keeping there cards extremely close to there chest it's rinse and repeat from most years.

Personally I don't want to give up our 3rd for Ah Chee either if it means missing the boat on Tim Kelly or another proven state league mid that fits our needs

Cant judge Tex on GF day. Their midfield got exposed like ours on the MCG. Until they address that they will like us be hoping to not get an MCG tenant on GF day if we/they make it.

Put yourself in his shoes. Meeting went well, they say they want you and you are obviously likely to get a go as that is what you were saying is the prerequisite for where you go and then they start arguing about whether you are a worth a 3rd rounder unlikely to get a game or a 4th rounder unlikely to get a game.
Could completely understand if you weren't promised more opportunities but unfortunately once you have promised that to a shit trading club like Port his value ends up somewhere between his actual value to Port and best 22 player at a club.

And before someone just says "but we can getz him in tha draft if thats the case so be it!!!11!!"

The trade probably hasn't been done because Port have been busy with Rockliff, Motlop, Trengove, Impey and now Watts.

Though presumably a club that was less of a "ramble" would barge their way to the front of the queue and yell "Look stop focusing on all those best 22 players for a minute, our fans want this deal for a SANFL midfielder sorted out, chop chop".
