Starceich and Redhead were standouts today. Imagine what results Starcevich could have achieved if he wasn't on one leg. Few recruiters took notice of Redhead when the agility results came up.

Attitude will cost a couple of players. Pretty important day for them, you would think they would not be late. Also a few seemed to be out of shape, haven't done much since the end of the season and that showed in the results.

What is the yo-yo test?

Very similar to beep test.Running between 2 cones around 20 metres apart forward and back and making it back before a machine makes a beeping sound. After each level you get a 10 second rest before you go again. After each time you get less time the longer it goes until you get too fatigued and don't make it back in time.

I will also say that i don't know much about the strengths and weaknesses of our assistant coaches and which ones are elite and which are not etc. But i find it concerning that two of our experinced assistants are leaving or have left after this season. It doesn't look good to me that we are bleeding out experienced assistant coaches and presumably replacing them with inexperienced assistant coaches. That looks like a net negative to me. It looks like rats jumping off a sinking ship. We have cash in the bank so we should be a destination club for quality assistant coaches and administrators, not a feeder club. But that isn't hapenning.
Well most of them were out of contract and apparently were told they weren't being renewed. Also better for them in the long run to move to other clubs to enhance their careers.

Dont understand the talk about the Ebert trade. He was alwats going to leave, hes an Ebert. Its Port rotalty. We took the pick 28 and moved on. I never rated him much anyway, tough campaigner but WoWee butchered the ball numerous times.

Give Port a 3rd rounder for AhChee and move on. Whats the difference between pick 49 and 60 or whatever

If there's no difference between 49 and 60, why are Port asking for 49 instead just accepting 60?!
smh

Zane Sumich turned 19 in August but played colts all year.

Must be eligible to 19 yr olds not deemed ready for league .

I did hear Greg Harding talk about Taryce Stewart as a draft prospect saying that he was an overage prospect and only played one of the WA 18s games because of it ...so maybe they can only play some Colts games not every game . Edit ( Zane Sumich makes that unlikely )

If I keep trying I will find an answer soon .

We should offer next years 4th. Apparently a stronger draft and we need picks this year due to the retirements

Really surprised with Starcevich’s athletic testing. He looked a real inside contested ball player in the limited highlights I’ve seen. Didn’t note any explosiveness though but a 20m sprint that is well under 3 seconds is plenty to work with and in fact is elite speed.

Would be very keen to take him with a late pick if available. All the more reason to tell Port it’s 69 for Ah Chee or nought.
