Michael Gleeson reports that West Coast and Gold Coast are understood to have done a mega draft pick deal involving an Eagles' first-round pick (either this year's or 2018's) for a heap of draft picks from the Suns.

we lose pick 50 plus 2018 first rounder .

And the deal is. Picks 50 and first future rounder for 21, 26, 36 and next years second rounder.

That's pretty good.

4 second rounders (3 this year, 1 next) for our first rounder next year. If we make the 8 and the pick is around 13+ it's pretty good. Especially as gc second rounder likely to be low low 20's next year

I assume we get around pick 10 next year and Suns finish bottom 2

It's a good deal.

On finishing positions this year it's a slide in 2018 of 13>20 and pick 50

for 21, 26 and 37

I'm pretty happy, were very relevant in this years draft now, for probably a ~10 pick down-grade next year.

Brady stands and delivers

outstanding work. Set a strategy and delivered. 5 picks well inside 40 and a solid big bodied mid with pace traded in.

I assume some m will be upset he didn't get Pick 2 for masten but some are just malcontents

While we have a pick downgrade (modest) next year we will trade up no doubt given Brady's brilliance.
