I wouldn't take allen freo and westcoast will be in his ear from the minute he hits the airport to vic. Look at all these players wanting to go home. Safer to stick to victorian or tassie players
Nobody would leave our club to "go home", look at Rance and Edwards for examples.

HumanMeatball you are looking good for our avatar bet.

Everyone enjoy while you can because you might be seeing a lot of Kane Cornes next to my name.

I don’t think Broad and Markov play the same role. I see Markov more as a rebounding defender like Bachar. McIntosh despite his kicking is hard at it and plays a really good defensive role has speed and endurance - I don’t see him coming out unless injured or form. Only see Markov coming in for one of McIntosh, Bachar or Brando on form or injury. That’ll be his chance I reckon.

Butler and Castagna as virtual first year players have shot the lights out. If they turn up and do all the right things preseason it’ll be hard for one of those to come out. Castagna the more likely IMO but he had a very good year even if his scoreboard impact dipped towards the end. Like what I’ve seen of Bolton but does float in and out of games which is to be expected at his age.

Agree re Menadue I’m a huge fan. He’s competing with McIntosh and Ellis for that spot. Good to have competition!
I personally can't see McIntosh and Menadue vying for the same spot. Their build is completely different and I don't see them playing the same role. Both quick (Menadue) alot more. Defensively I rate McIntosh as you've stated but can't see why and when Menadue would come in for McIntosh unless he's really stinking it up each week.

Menadue is a great depth player but where does he really fit in our side?
