Yeah that's a good point. Saints will throw a heap at Sloane. If he walks that'll just about do Adelaide especially with Port being some destination club now.
Port are only a destination club because they pay overs port have gone all in on a flag in the next two years if they don’t get it there ****** gray, boak, westhoff all approaching the cliff

Am I the only one who thinks he should go for less then lids he has never shown as much as his price suggests
Gibb’s best I believe wasn’t as good as Lids best but Lids has been so injury prone in his “prime” years it’s hard to argue about it who has been the better player in their career. Btw Lids has been my all time favourite after Richo and everyone’s idol, the great Dusty.

Gibbs has been a star for Blues for a few years now. I find it hard to understand how people don’t rate him that highly. I doubt many people watch Carlton games. He’s a gun and Crows are in their window so they should throw the kitchen sink for him. He could be the difference

I watch most games of footy every week so have seen 90% of Gibbs career on stats he looks great but he is paid no attention by opposition players

That doesn’t mean anything though if he plays the same role at Adelaide. He won’t be number 1 midfielder and a better list. If I was a Crows fan, I’d want him

Last mega trade before D-Day

Fremantle get: Pick 2, 17
GC get: Pick 5, 52, Weller, Miles
Richmond get: Pick 24, 26, 37

Broken down into points

Fremantle get: 2517 + 1025 lose: 1878 + Weller (valued at 1664 points, equivalent to pick 7)
GC get: 1878 + 246 + Weller (1664) + Miles (valued at 726, equivalent to pick 26) lose: 2517 + 785 + 729 + 483
Note: Miles points value might be slightly overs but 1st round picks are considered more valuable in this draft.

Richmond get: 785 + 729 + 483 lose: 1025 + 246 + Miles (726)

This trade only goes ahead if the following trade goes as well

Richmond get: Schache
Brisbane get: Pick 24 + Richmond's 2018 3rd + Lloyd/Conca/Lennon/Batchelor (if they want a fringe player)

Picks 15, 26, 37 and 55 taken to the draft. Hopefully Naish doesn't get bid on before pick 15.

Please Richmond, just do something....

This is Shocking !!

We have #15 + #17 + 2 3rd rounders with 453 points +197 point discount = 650 points which breaks even with a bid at #29

We could end up with Balta,Fogarty & Naish thats 3 very very good players, With the above formula we would get 2 of the 3 players i have named plus an inferior player at 26

Silly to trade down

If the bid is prior to 29, our first rounder next year drops back a few spots though.

I’d like to get another 3rd to protect our 1st next year.
