Gunston is contracted for another three years. If Collingwood or any other club for that matter want him, they are going to have to trade a player of similar value or an up and coming young player. Hawthorn are not interested in draft picks. Collingwood has a stack of midfielders that might appeal to Hawthorn.
Really you wouldn't be interested in pick 7-8? Surely the club would be willing to listen to offers, especially if it meant you could then get Whitfield (end result of trade week might be Gunston out for Whitfield and a pick around 15-20?)
