A first, second and Bruest for Whitfield alone...I'd rethink that
I does sound alot, but Hawthorn's "second rounder" this year is pick 35 at best.
Say pick 4, Pick 35 and Breust
Whitfield is Pick 1 who has shown to be a Jet other than his hiding at Gubby's house thing.

23 year old Gun midfieilders dont come cheap, maybe a 2nd/3rd round pick going back to hawthorn but they are definitely NOT getting Kennedy as well with that deal.

Pick 4 (guessing) '18 Draft, Pick 35 '17 draft and Breust
for
Whitfield and 3rd Rounder 18' Draft

That could potentially interest GWS, however if they lose 1 or two of
Hopper and/or Kelly and/or Kennedy I doubt they will let Whitfield go as well. Whitfield apprently likes it up there as well

Whitfields a great player but don't think he's had an elite season yet has he? I'd do a first, second and Breust for Josh Kelly but probably not Whitfield. That sort of deal is for the best of the best

Has he been any less impressive than say Treloar? he was two firsts with a second back.
The market is what it is, I would argue Kelly is worth two first rounders, no questions asked. Not saying that for Whitfield, but a first and what is effectively a late second/3rd is not going to cut it for a guy who,so far, has lived up to pick 1 status on the field. He is contracted and seems happy. To get him you have to pay overs.

Treloar had a better year than any of whitfields I think. Also plays inside and outside while I think Whitfield is more of an outside player. I think you're underselling breust abit there. Hasn't been amazing this year but averaged around 50 goals a year for the last 4-5 years, easily worth a mid-late first rounder. If smith and Johnson are gone at years end they would Be looking to get another small forward in I think

How about this...

GWS receive

Hawthorn's 2017 second round pick + Hawthorn's 2018 first round pick (likely to be in the top 5) + Luke Breust

Hawthorn receive

Lachie Whitfield and Matthew Kennedy

:$

Probably need to add alittle more but very close. GWS would seriouslly consider i think.

Far less impressive. Whitfield is good but hasn't had close to an elite season yet.

Breust is devaluing quicker than a house nextdoor to a meth lab, this year has proven his value to be inflated in the past
not worth what witts was worth in the scheme of things
should have traded him last year
your club has very little in currency left, burton, shiels smith maybe but none worth a first

Burton not worth a first?

You're as bad as your other Collingwood mate who seems to think Gunston for De Goey is a fair trade. Lay off the meth mate.

Burton is 100% worth a 1st.

Smith is worth a 1st to the right team but more likely a second.

Shiels wont garner much at all.

In a good team he's worth a first, kicks 40+ if he's at gws, not even gonna bother with your witts remark or the other crap you've spouted

check the paper
witts even with a fuc... shoulder schooled goldstein, who won buttman.
breust milks his goals from others hard work, cant get a hard ball AT all

grundy and moore, daniher, are worth 2 each maybe due to them being worth more
cameron, hurley rance, jack r must be worth more again

My gosh you're delusional, surely De Goey's game today can get it through your thick head that he's one talented inside mid. Given Gunston's substantially older and faces FA in a few years/out of contract, I'd say De Goey's value is even higher than Gunston's.

De Goey's got potential, but boy is he overrated on output.

Your best bet is to just target Whitfield using Breust and his contract I'd reckon. If GWS say bye to SJ and take in Breust for minimal cap spending they'd probably take a little less for Whitfield. If they retain Kelly, Smith and Hopper using the space that's a big win.

Don't know for sure but doubt it's worth discussing getting both young mids considering they're fighting to keep Kelly already - it'd take insane overs to want them to let Whitfield and Kennedy go.

Ur kidding urself mate, destroyed ur mob today, was better than any collingwood player on the ground apart from maybe degoey. He's 100% worth a first rounder, a lot higher than pick 18 too. Will win the rising star by a fair margin. Moore is overated too. Got soundly beaten by 2 ordinary footballers today

It's the best game degoeys played, still wasn't amazing. Ur talking about an all Australian who's kicked about 250 goals in 5 years
