Logue will be a pretty good pick don't stress there.

Someone like Fogarty for instance would suit.

True but surely as a professional footballer you give your all for the side you are playing for? I'll use Tom Mitchell...we all knew he was gone to Hawthorn, but he was great for us in the finals series.

Tom Mitchell has an amazing character. They're what you build your team around, it's not worth bringing in a player if he's finishing at his other club like he doesn't want to be there.

Hasn't impressed me personally that much, have enjoyed a few moments here and there but nothing to write home about so far. Funnily enough Logue was our earliest pick and I think the 3 taken after him will be better players. Sean Darcy, Brennan Cox and Luke Ryan have all impressed me more so far. I'm not writing Logue off, hopefully he plays 200 games for us.

Pick in the 12-16 range i reckon which is about what we will offer and what i reckon they will accept (if he goes).

I assume if their cap is tight that they want picks rather than players but we shall see.

Oh he definitely is an athlete first - doesn't mean he will be a spud.

Don't think I would rate him in the midfield. Doesn't have the agility or a sidestep. I think he is tracking well for the running rebounding athletic 2nd or 3rd defender.

Not a chance in the world will Brisbane give up pick 14 for CC. **** we're have genuine discussions on the Brisbane board whether CC is worth our second round pick. If CC costs us our second round pick, I would sure as **** want Adelaide's second round pick back.

Only way you sign Rockliff is by offering a longer contract with a pay bump than what Brisbane is offering. And if you do, we'll say thank you and take the compo pick. The reason why Rockliff hasn't re-signed yet is because he wants a longer contract, the reason the club isn't offering the longer contract is because Rockliff's body is starting to wear and break down and limit the number of games he plays each season.

No you are right. It would be after their first pick.. so around 12 to 15 i suspect!
