Sharks. Anyone playing West Coast.
Crozier is the bloke you can afford to have in a Rolls-Royce team. When the other forwards have drawn the best defenders, he gets off the leash.

To me he's in the OK to trade if you can get something decent for him category. We don't need to push him out the door but if the Bulldogs want him...

If he stays he might become a decent B grader but I don't ever see him becoming a star. Depending on who we get through trading and the draft he may even be struggling to be best 22. Bennell, Matera and Ballas possibly vying for the small forward gigs with Ryan, Tucker, Nyhuis and Wilson if we get him as the smaller defenders.

Not sure where Crozier might fit in.
Trade.

Clunk your hangers or GTFO.

If we don't recruit a player Id love for Darcy Tucker to spend time playing an inside mid role. Kid is already a unit and looks physically ready to play as a clearance player in my view.
I think this is a great idea, I really like Tucker. He has all the skills to succeed. He's built well, is a good mover across the ground, and is a fantastic long and accurate kick.

I'd hope that is the trajectory he takes. We need as many midfielders who can get involved on the outside as possible while, and this is key, winning their own ball when it's their turn to.

If everyone on the field can link up, everyone on the field can win the hard ball then we win flags.

If we have one or two outside runners that all our link up play moves through we will be locked down the bottom of the ladder.

I'd bet my house that his first set shot from 48m out he'll march back, mark the ground with his scrape technique, flick the hair, twirl the ball and send it 15 rows back with the umpire not moving an inch.
Yeah but it might be for Bendigo ( Is that their VFL team ) I would have thought the doggies have a few similar types already but I guess they lost Murphy and Boyd

Although that's fair, i'd like to see us get a bit more creative and get the deal done using player(s) we have or 2017 draft pick(s) we get for player(s). Don't we need all of the 2018 picks we can get to finally use our academy?

Too early to know what we will need for Carter, but I can't see it being our round 1, and probably unlikely to be round 2, although possible. Would Crozier and our 2nd get us WBs Round 1?

Please give me a rundown on Balic because I know very little about him from a playing point of view? Is he quick and can he kick?
...appears to be a natural footballer who is also a really good size for a modern midfielder.
Speed & kicking ability look sound to me.I would much rather Balic to continue playing for us.

Strong bodied mid who has a very nice side step, quick hands and makes good decisions. Still obviously very raw but I’m pretty sure he could end up being a star if everything falls into place. Is a very good endurance runner, not lightning fast but not slow either. His kicking I would say is not bad and because he is still very raw , will improve considerably with experience.

Good inside mid. Not super quick, but good in confined spaces. Average kick. Was tipped to go first round before his wrist injury. You guys r reportedly interested yeh?

Croz > 39 (WB)
40 & Balic > 21 (NM)
21 > Wilson (GWS)

Does that work?

Leaves us with 5, 39, 55, 58 & Wilson
