I think they chose the right 4 for the play-offs. I still expect the championship game will be Bama vs Clemson part 3

I think that Georgia is a better team than the sooners.
However, realistically you couldn't pick a two loss team without a conference title.

Georgia had their chance to get in. there was no need to put them 4th.

If Kentucky won the East and Georgia was a 2 loss team they might of had an argument like Alabama last year.

but then there would of been massive backlash having 2 SEC teams and 1 ACC team and 1 half ACC team.

They should of put in UCF and had the only 4 unbeaten teams in the playoffs, because it doesnt matter if it was Ohio St, Oklahoma or UCF they will lose to Alabama if Tua is healthy. Even with Hurts they will likely still lose.

I would’ve switched Ucf and Michigan

I would also get rid of orange/sugar/rose affiliations
They get preference, but top 12 in no matter what imo

Give it to penn State over texas.

Central Florida v The Gators would have been fun.

Shame McIllwein couldn’t of held of accepting the Central Michigan job for another month. Him as Michigan WR coach vs the school he got fired from.

No way in hell, I would have Georgia in the four... people need to differentiate the arguments of “do they deserve a playoff shot” with “do they deserve a shot at the National Title”. Georgia blew there chance.

Alabama might legit score 80 on that Sooners D. That is one of worse defence I have ever watched.

Would have taken West Virginia over Texas.

They are ranked something like 90th in the nation, which is ******* terrible for a team that is in the running for a national title.

And Oklahoma could put 50 on Alabama. the Bama D is not what it has been in the past. they have given up some big scores for an Alabama team this season.

If this was a normal Alabama D i would fear for the life of Kyler Murry since they will snap him in half with how small he is.

His dream job is apparently Notre Dame he will go there and they will be more than happy to throw Kelly out the door for him.

Then he will do what he always does and use health issues as an excuse to walk away as he sets fire the the school.

Oklahoma scores 50 and you think they cant beat Alabama?

I see Murray is now a $1.50 favourite for the Heisman. Does anyone know how low Tua actually got?

Oklahoma could play with 30 players on D and still give up big plays. they are a prime example of the Big12. all show on offence, and no shows on D

Honestly think you're being quite a bit unfair on the Big XII
They're playing modern spread offences. nearly exclusively league wide.
Other conferences are still playing past schemes.

I honestly feel if we got a Big XII/B16 league-wide series like we see in baseketball (sec/bigxii, acc/b16) the Big XII would curbstomp the b16. The offences don't have much of a drop off as the scheme works. And as the opposition aren't fighting fire with fire and playing a slower offence, they can slow down their opposition pretty well.

Yes, it appears the conference doesn't possess a defence. But is that because defence or shit or offence is good? Ill say the latter as Oklahoma's offence hasn't really slowed down out of conference either.
