Correct. Got around 40m of FFP troubles to clear and it looks like Grealish will fetch half that. Probably lose Chester too.

Don't have much idea to be honest. I do think West Ham will lift considering their signings. Everton will do better under Silva too IMO. Palace were very solid under Woy, Leicester will slip after losing Mahrez.
