You must've been watching a different game. It was easily the hardest he work defensively - not bad as a guy who's come up as an attacking mid - and he provided a good option going forward. He's not a world beater, but he's a depth player on close to minimum wage, what do people expect?

I think everyone has a loaded schedule at the moment but we might be getting a slightly rawer deal as we have ACL coming up too. Probably another reason that Baena and Kosta are rotating off the bench, Ola onto the bench, and they’re taking no risks with Honda, Niedermeier or Ansell.

Fair enough. Also thought he was played out of position. So many times he ended up on the wing and he has no pace.

Last two games are the first time I’ve seen us with any attacking instinct since Honda has been out. Good signs for when he comes back. I think we’ve got more upside than the teams around us.
