Terrible decision to stay at Hampden, absolute dump of a stadium. Badly needs redeveloping to bring stands closer to play and add atmosphere - can't see that happening though as the SFA, despite now going to own it, have also taken on the substantial debt.

The city already has two more than adequate stadiums that are better to watch football at plus Murrayfield in Edinburgh - I don't understand the need for a "national stadium" where big games can be shared between those three with smaller games at Tynecastle, Easter Road and Pittodrie.

They're not in a good position. Scotland being s**t for 20 years (1998 World Cup last major tournament they played in) means the SFA can't afford a redevelopment. And if they play at club grounds that's financially aiding said clubs.

Derby time in Scotland. And it's the BIG ONE, "El Kessocko", Ross County v Inverness CT at Victoria Park.

ICT currently sit on top of the Championship, 1pt ahead of the Staggies.

County have won 3 of the last 4 (the other was a draw) league matches including a 4-0 thumping the last time they met.

If the Staggies want an immediate return to the Premiership they must win this one. 2-1 to County.

For the second week in a row a Scottish Championship club has sacked their Manager after a home defeat to Ross County.
Last week Dundee United sacked Scaba Laszlo after a 5-1 thrashing at Tannadice.
This week Partick Thistle sack Alan Archibald after a 2-0 defeat at Firhill.

Personally, if I was the Ross County Manager and Players I would be insulted at by the reaction of these two clubs to a defeat at the hands of the mighty Staggies. Their is no shame at losing to the Championships favourites.:)

Inverness only one of two unbeaten teams left in Scotland but our record of 3 wins and 8 draws has us only hovering above mid-table

Make that 3-9-0 after a 2-2 draw in the Highland derby. Also means we're undefeated in 23 league games which is a new club record.

Celtic are really finding some form now with a 5-0 pumping of top of the table hearts.

The Premier Scottish derby ended in a stalemate once again, this time a more entertaining 2-2 draw.
Ayr United are starting to open a bit of a gap at the top.

Rangers (2nd) vs Celtic (1st) 11.30pm AEDT tonight on beIN Sports.

Edinburgh derby at 4.30am AEDT but you'll need a pirate stream despite it being on Sky Sports in the UK.
