Rodgers been the best the last two years? Interesting
It’s all McCarthy’s fault, and the defence and the receiving core and the front office and the aliens. Everyone’s fault but Aaron’s.

What is the record for quarterbacks starting their first championship game? I wonder if there is some element of big stage fright, or whether more often than not they step up to the plate.

Probably similar to the earlier rounds, as seen by Jackson/Watson. But Mahomes is a different beast.
Would also be interested in the stats.

No idea who’ll win tbh. Reckon Pats are really dangerous with running game clicking. 6-0 when Michel rushes 98+ yds although five of those games were at home.

Still don’t trust Chiefs D even after good performance last week.

Belichick with second go at Mahomes should be interesting.

Is this the same Rodgers with a 5-26 record since 2012 on the road against winning teams?

Wilson better than Brady? Are you taking the same drugs as Adam Gase?
Lololol

Who do you think does better. Wilson in that pristine system or Brady behind those shitty Olines. I am laughing!

Getting back to the game, Pats record on the road this year as been garbage, can't see KC losing this. It would take an epic Andy Reid playoff performance to do the Chiefs in.

The -3 line for Chiefs is chicken feed.
Chiefs D better suited to stop them than the Chargers (especially if they play like they did against the Colts)

Reckon Pats will run it as much as possible and simply let the Chiefs run it. Shorten the game and reduce Mahomes' impact

Former NFL player defends home from peeping Tom

It might have been the most important tackle of Tony Beckham’s career. And it didn’t stop with a tackle.

The former Titans and Lions cornerback defended his home this week, when he caught a peeping Tom outside his 15-year-old daughter’s window at his Florida home, according to Ari Hait of WPBF.

Beckham, a former fourth-round pick of the Titans who played in the league five years, was leaving his home Monday morning when he saw a man looking in his daughter’s window with his pants down, doing what men outside windows with pants down do.

So he did what a father — specifically a father who is a former NFL player — would do. He ran the creep down and gave him a beating.

“I caught him at the apartment over there and we just had a good conversation,” Beckham said. “I’m sorry that it happened to me. I’m sorry that it happened to him.

“Because he’s never going to do that again on this side of town.”

When police arrested Geoffrey Cassidy for lewd and lascivious behavior with a victim younger than 16 years old, the mugshot showed a man with bruises on his face and a black eye. He was placed in the Palm Beach County Jail on $1,500 bond.

He might be safer there.

Jonathan Martin to stand trial for threatening Richie Incognito

The former Dolphins offensive lineman who left the team after saying he was bullied by teammates will stand trial for threatening the teammate who was accused of leading the bullying.

A judge ruled today that Jonathan Martin must stand trial for three felony charges for threatening Incognito and two former high school classmates, the New York Daily News reports.

A fourth felony charge, for threatening former Dolphins teammate Mike Pouncey, was dropped because Pouncey said he did not take the threat seriously and did not want to press charges.

The charges stem from a February 22 Instagram post in which Martin showed a picture of a shotgun and wrote, “When you’re a bully victim & a coward, your options are suicide, or revenge.” The post tagged Pouncey, Incognito and the two high school classmates.

Police say Martin’s web search history showed he clicked on a story about Incognito just hours before he ordered a pump-action shotgun online.

Martin abruptly left the Dolphins during the 2013 season, saying the way he had been treated had harmed his mental health. The NFL hired an independent investigator who found that Incognito, Pouncey and teammate John Jerry had harassed Martin.
