Lets not get carried away, Melbournes last 3 have convincingly beaten the suns (15th) carlton (18th) and thrashed a poor adelaide performance which most teams will have through a long season.They go in against the dogs another bottom 8 side at -30.5 with the dogs average losing margin of 44pt looks value especially with the doggies back stocks looking vulnerable cordy in doubt naughton test.its fraught with danger to be taking 40+ lines against a top 8 side this far out from game in which injuries can play a big part.

yeh totally agree its a danger game for tigers taken the 22.5 essendon $1.95 at pointsbet it's best i could find
.. also agree people need to Cool on my dees, yes we should beat dogs but we need to become consistent vs the good teams and to suggest we can beat a decent team in pies by 100 is crazy haha.. it'll be a great game for sure. we are not suddenly some superpowered juggernaut, adelaide were ripe for the picking. mostly sunny saturday though... 145 game does this mean the dreaded roof be open for dogs/dees.. i dont like playing overs with roof open it definately affects things

Yes they need to beat good teams more consistently. But be prepared to finish top 2 for the next 3-5 years at least. Best list in the comp. Only thing they can do wrong at the moment is getting ahead of themselves and taking weaker teams easy. This is the start of Geelong in the mid 2000's you should be getting pretty excited...
