FYI - On Sportsbet, Tom Mitchell is showing $1.50 for 35+ disposals in the Player Markets (pick your own disposal), however, if you go to AFL Player Exotics (left column, under Australian Rules and under the Coleman Medal market), then go to "Disposals Over/Under 9," which is Mitchell, you can get $1.87 for over 34.5 ;)

this would happen most games, Pick Your Own Disposal have a ton of margin in them and are generally big unders, disp o/u can't do that given the under option.
one reason you shouldn't be comparing the any player to get 40+ price to Mitchell's 40+ price

Well, Mitchell got 40 disposals so I hit the over 34.5 and the "any player to get 40+" - an okay end to a pretty dismal round. Great game though.

Horror round for me.
Went from +2.2U before the round stared to
-4.2u overall for season 2018.

I don't know what's happened to me. I loaded up on both the dogs and geelong to recover my losses and failed.
I used to be such a disciplined punter. I made very steady profits from 2013 to 2016.
In 2017 i had a shocking year. Hopefully i recover.
We'll see.
Sorry for this mini story, i just wanted to post here so i could be accountable.

Sorry to hear. I think it's been a pretty horrible round for most. Not that it really helps you to know others are in the same boat, but there's been lots of unexpected results. If you're in the red, it might be better to take a deep breath, sit back and just wait until round five/six or so, until games are a bit more predictable. These real early rounds can be pretty wacky. A lot of luck needed to win.

How much did you get on? Crown limited me to a $50 stake :$
Did you lose the juice with your cash out?
Funny you should mention that, crown just limited me today to a $50. Circle thing circuled for a while, then it came back with a revised amount.
Maybe crown is playing sillybuggers atm.
Can't remember if i lost anything with cash out, 365 is pretty good for that now, lets you have the whole amount back early in the week.

Not sure if this limit is for everyone or just certain customers...
I'm blocked on 365 but I'll be damned if they let you cash out for free like that. Wouldn't be too good for their bottom line

Yep, B365 is fantastic, only limits your cash out in the minutes leading up to the game starting (I assume when their market goes "live" which happens about 10 minutes before the match starts). Up until then you can cash the full amount which helps if you change your mind on a bet.

Wouldn't really impact their bottom line would it? It's just as if the bet was never placed.

If they let you cash out (for free) days after the bet then yeah it would, because it affords you the benefit of hindsight and securing the best odds.
Plus also considering that voiding bets isn't in their best interests anyway because that's how they make money.

If the odds change obviously your cash out changes.

Yeah ofcourse but most people don’t just bet on B365. Free cash out allows people to place a bet then if a competitor offers a better price, cash out and take up the other bet. Also it makes them vulnerable to people cashing out just after a sudden injury or something before the books can adjust. That’s what i meant by hindsight. And at the end of the day void bets are a lost opportunity to make $ and that’s why i was a bit suprised by this because casinos and bookies typically never allow you to just take your money off the table unless it benefits them. Then again, if it gets them alot more customers then may be it’s worth it for them.
