Sorry - but who's pretending it's 'equal' to the main event ??? It's the 'womans' AFL grand final and was pretty gripping the whole game (yes - a lot due to lack of scoring).

I'm tipping you don't get on here after the VFL Grand Final bemoaning the standard.

GC v North was 7 goals to 5 in trying conditions. That would be on par with the women's score.

Bulldogs are a much better outside team - crumbing and spread is what made the difference. Lions need to recruit one of the plethora of Bulldogs skilled mid/fwds.

On the sling tackle issue - no longer an issue. There was countless tackles with pinning both arms and dumping or slinging. Many far worse than any of Brennan's indiscretions yet did not even warrant a free. The umps lost control of this game.

If Christian doesn't hand out at least 3 reprimands for sling tackles which were much worse arms pinned tackles then we are in for a long frustrating season in regards to MRP.

They should name it something else.
