Lol the anti Sydney circle jerk is unreal.

Weather in Sydney was s**t yesterday and it was a ******* Tuesday night.

Adelaide was a Thursday night before a public holiday with what seemed decent weather.

And claims that Sydney's turf was worse than adelaide's are ridiculous.
Sydney fans are pretty poor IMO.
Play that game at 2am in the snow on a Tuesday at Adelaide and it would be close to a full house. Perhaps it is because Sydney get these events all the time that their crowds get lazy but you only have to look at Cricket, AFL crowds etc to see that Adelaide people attend far more

A Thursday night before Easter when lots of families go away, and the weather wasn't decent was raining on and off all day, luckily it held out for the game itself.

It's still a night before a day off. If it was a day before a work day I guarantee there would have been less people there.

Exaggeration readings off the charts.
How so, per capita Adelaide would by far rate above Sydney in attendances.
As I said maybe because you have that much variety that you can pick and choose what events you can get to, we don't have that luxury here. I would guarantee that game last night in same time slot and weather would of got 30-35k in Adelaide. I do however agree that the pitch wasn't up to standard at AO last week as wasn't last nights

It was the most disgusting pitch we've played on here in years...... Adelaide had a couple patches.

Well get ready for more especially if we get Qatar or UAE in the next round

You obviously didn't watch UAE in the Asian Cup.

There were only some 20,000 tickets sold before last night's game so it was always going to be a s**t crowd regardless of the weather. Sydney sports fans are fairweather at best. It's a known fact.

Missus was heavily pregnant at the time so was happy just to be able to watch the Socceroos games to be honest the whole tournament is a bit of a blur to me these days!

Fair enough. They're a very skillful team. Didn't make the semi finals on luck. They have Omar Abdulrahman too.

Haha you're joking.

It isn't a 'fact'. You don't move to Sydney and suddenly become fairweather, or move away and suddenly become a diehard, so tarring all Sydneysiders with that brush is just lazy and offensive.

Yeah s**t crowd. Was the weather atrocious or something? Sydneysiders seem to turn uo only for the Japn / Korea type games.

Sydney sports fans are fickle.
If Sydney Swans were on the bottom of the ladder they would be getting 10k crowds every week.
Thankfully for them they have never bottomed out.

No they wouldn't. The rusted on number is at about 25k give or take 5k depending on the weather.

Wow, NUFC Tiger, the Azkals prevent North Korea from going to the next stage, despite being ensured they make the 3rd round of qualifying (seriously, how the hell did you manage to lose to Yemen?!)

Now that's what I call some serious fighting spirit, to actually prevent them from qualifying. Heck, you only needed to draw with them, but to go on and win it 2-1 down? Nice.
