Thiem 26/30 (games) = 46.43%

Fed is 21/18, so 3-6 2-6 makes 26/30 (advances)

If 5-7 0-6 then 26/31 = 45.61% (eliminated)

If 5-7 1-6 then 27/31 = 46.55% (advances)

Assuming Fed loses in straight sets, to advance he needs to win at least 5 games against Anderson (6 if a set goes to 7 games).

Match winner finishes group on top.

So I assume top place is decided on head to head not on sets won / lost etc ? Both players will still deem it hugely important to win, for the ranking points and mostly to avoid Novak in the SF.

For Federer to top his group is commendable after his terrible performance against Kei.

Don't see how Djokovic doesn't win his semi and then the final in straight sets.

Was hoping Fed would win, no reason other than to not have a repeat match. Federer has just done enough to stay #3.

A Djokovic win in the final might see him stay #1 for the next 12 months. He could become the first player to be #1 for 52 weeks on 3 separate occasions (2 times - Connors, Sampras, Lendl, Djokovic).

WEEKS AT NUMBER 1
310 - Roger Federer
286 - Pete Sampras
270 - Ivan Lendl
268 - Jimmy Connors
225 - Novak Djokovic
196 - Rafael Nadal
