Yep. We just don't trade players from memory.

Yeh we keep it to picks only and try to make it picks from the same draft in most instances (but not always)..ie jets trading up from pick 6 to pick 3 wpuld trade a 2nd and a 4th rounder or something ...in this draft.

Playing 4 or 5 or so rounds is good too as when it comes to the actual draft you recognise more players on day 2 and 3 which i find make it more exciting

We usually wait till the first 2-3 days of free agency is done so we get a clear picture of which free agents went where to make the team needs as realistic as posisble.

eg if the broncos sign cousins, they wont be picking a QB at 5 and may be a trade down candidate.
