Jack Lokisius is the one I really like in the 2018 pool. Watched some of his bottom age champs games in 2017 and caught some of his debut senior game for Woodville on replay.

Really impressed me with his work rate, a trait I like in CHF's is players that push high up the wings and work back inside 50 like Nick Riewoldt did.

Still some filling out to do but ticks a lot of boxes for me. Shame that West Coast are probably in no position to draft him.
Would you trade Gaff for him?

Jack Lukosius is the one everyone likes this year...

LOL Mate i think 90% on this board dont rate your opinion but that doesnt stop you from what you do and making a fool of yourself with all the outrages claims you have made.

Dont know how you can continue still

But i suppose 6 year old and you must have alot in common
You might be looking at about the same %.

Any chance of getting this back on topic?

Not much to add but thought I would throw this link into the mix:

http://www.afl.com.au/news/2018-01-24/superdraft-or-superhyped-early-view-on-2018

I'm getting the impression that Sam Walsh is probably more someone that we should be talking about as a current No. 1 prospect than some of the names that are popular on this board. Not a tall midfielder at between 180-185, but consistently racks up the numbers, moves well through the traffic and looks like someone that works really hard. Any thoughts?

He's the guy I really liked last year. Just does things so well and easily and although may not have the 'sex' factor of others, may just be one that does the right things, week in, week out. Of course 2018 may prove that to be incorrect, but he looks like an absolute beauty to me.

Fair bit about him here: https://www.bigfooty.com/forum/threads/sam-walsh-2018-draft.1183717/

I'm hoping to keep adding to these individual profile pages as the year goes on and I encourage others to do so as well, if you see an article or whatever on someone (especially if it's in say a local paper), as they can become like a one-stop-shop for resources/intel etc on them.

You do realise that nobody really give a rats what you post , The village is still looking for you

Now - You play with your friends and let the adults be

you talk like you are stuck in a an infinitely repeating Johnie Walker commercial. It is good to aspire to something I guess.

Blakey is going to nominate Sydney.

Scott & Thomas will nominate North.

In all curiousness, what makes you so sure scott will nominate north? From the outside, it seems like GC would be a logical choice if he's grown up there, has lifelong friends, and if his family is choosing to stick around long term, why wouldnt he? A young side stacked with talent that he grow up beside and create something special.

As good as giantroo is with his calls there's still a lot to happen between now and the draft, people start saying different things, thoughts change and promises are made, and Gold Coast would be promising plenty to keep him in Queensland.

You are free to make your own decisions in any way you choose.

There has been a lot talk about the value in trying to predict where the 17y.o's might go in their draft year.

I thought I might initiate an exercise that I think would be interesting to look back.

For those that want to participate, try and do the following:

-MAKE A PREDICTION FOR WHO YOU THINK WILL GO #1

-PICK 2 DIFFERENT GUYS WHO YOU THINK ARE LOCKS TO GO TOP 5

-PICK 3 DIFFERENT GUYS WHO YOU THINK ARE LOCKS TO GO SOMEWHERE IN THE TOP 10

This year's draft is well stocked with A grade talent mids, kP and utilities something for eveyone and will spread beyond top 10 , easily to 12 maybe 15 the 2018 draft is a ripper .

He wears a Roo jumper every time he watches his younger brother play. He has family in Melbourne. IMO we are the front runners. As is the Swans with Blakey.

Stacked with talent? They are in huge trouble on and off the field. If Lynch walks it will be a disaster for the Suns
